Yeah, they're not my thing, either. I have a Mighty Mugg of Galactus that I got because I thought it was pretty funny, and it holds up my blu-ray shelf. Man, I got that like...five or six years ago when they were new. Now that stuff is everywhere. Japan won.

I have a few Funko Pop figures but I understand why some may not like them. They're affordable stylized ("cute") figures so that's why they are very popular and almost all franchises have been licensed to them.

I also prefer my classic action figures, but these Funko ones do look nice on work desks, PC towers, wall shelves...

It's been a little while. Basically, there was/is the designated mod for the gaming board, and...how do I put this nicely...well, they kind of do absolutely nothing there? I mean, that's not very nice, but I'm not sure how else to really say it. So I PM'd one of the admins and asked about maybe getting someone else there since the board needed to be cleaned up a lot, despite there being no activity much anymore.

They ended up making me a board specific mod, which I didn't even know was a thing.
