This is exactly why those involved with anything Spider-Man related, should not associate themselves with fans. The cartoon is pretty well received and even then, these people are never happy, always gotta pick until a man is left battered and skinless. Last Saturday I was watching this episode in the living room, and I my mom was in the dining room and could here and see the TV. She heard Peter persistently asking Betty out, and how he was talking about all is girl/date issues, and she was like "Is he horny?", and I thought "What the...?" I'm gonig to try not to watch this show where she can hear it from now on.

i don't think you get what he's saying. the problem is that they have characters that are way less powerful than Spider-man (like Kingpin, enforcers) showing that they are actually stronger than him, without even having any powers. It's not a problem when someone like Scorpion, Venom, Rhino do that because they are stronger than him. We're just asking that they think up better ways for using the weaker villains than making them look stronger than Spidey

Yeah, one of the funniest moments was when Spider-Man swung in full speed like he was about to fight a villain or someone was in danger, but it turned out he needed to save his love life from Aunt May.

well it took a heck of a lot of punches for him to do it, Spidey can punch as hard as getting hit by a car, yet it took like 30 hits for Kingpin, a non powered man to go down

Also, Spidey tends to pull his punches.

I know Back In Black gets a lot of hate, but I loved seeing Peter get a flawless victory on Kingpin.

thats what they always say, but its pretty stupid, especially when he was planning on killing kingpin in that arc. i mean even if he wasn't trying to kill him, when he notices that his punches are doing like nothing you would think he'd put a little more power into them
