well it took a heck of a lot of punches for him to do it, Spidey can punch as hard as getting hit by a car, yet it took like 30 hits for Kingpin, a non powered man to go down

I don't think Spider-Man wanted to whoop his ass quickly. Punching him hard enough to bruise and bloody him, and embarrass him but not knock him out.

my basic point is if a normal human is a 0 then spidey is (roughly) a 5 and the majority of his villians are like a 6 or 7 so if I were writting spidey I could come up with stories quite easily you could even have normal humans with advanced tech that could engage him in combat.

on the other you have superman who is like a 10 so where do you go from there? you need villians with galactus like powers to give him the smack down or come up with really contrived plots to bring supes down to a 5 or 6 and that gets old REALLY quickly (look at smallville for pete sakes)

batman must be a BREEZE to write I put him at 3 therefore in the right situations even an ordinary punk with a gun could take him out. I could write batman in my sleep, it practically writes itself.

the long and the short of what I'm saying is the villain should always be stronger or smarter than the hero or whats the point? the hero has to surmount impossible odds to win the day or its just boring. the single best comic book I ever read was spidey v the juggernaught that was incredible because by rights spidey should have just said '**** this I'm off!' and fled

lol ya, even Hammerhead. Although i don't think Tombstone should have an easy time with Spidey, since Spidey still is more powerful

Batman's a normal human though? well unless your meaning people that don't work out like crazy. even still Spider-man is way more than a 5 if Batman is a three, Spider-man can lift what? like 50 times the amount a guy that works out like Batman can. and i know i am nitpicking for no reason lol im a *****e like that. But ya i agree with everything you said, and yes that Juggernaut comic is amazing. they have to make that an episode or 2 in the show

Point blank, Kingpin should not be able to withstand any attacks from superpowered characters, unless he has some scientific assistance. He's a big dude, but he's still just a man.

And yet, he does it all the time.

yea its really up to the writers of what ever issue it happens to be in on what they want to do, and most writers tend to do what they want instead of what was clearly stated as to what said characters power levels are and thats were we get all the inconsistancities with comics.

there is a link for it in 3 parts on youtube try going back to page 33 or 34 for it. If its still up that is on youtube. Try daily motion or http://spectacular-spider-man.info/ they got ep 6 up now.

Oh sh:t, Sony is removing these videos like a MoFo. If anyone has the last couple of minutes of this episode on Youtube with Spidey/Tombstone PM it to me. Thanks.

NEVERMIND: I have found what I was looking for.

oh to bad that site doesnt have it up any more i did noticed for the other episodes they used mega video i guess their poster didnt put up episode 6 there for them.

ya its friggen annoying

Sony's really getting strict with things. So, I'm not extremly surprised that they are taking down so many videos.

yea same with lots of studios so we are more lucky to get direct downloads or torrents for shows since of youtube since u dont know how long it might be up on youtube like sites.

Very true, however, I don't really like Torrents. They take way too long to download on my computer and my computer is really good.

I really wish kidswb would put them up on their website - more and more networks are doing this, and it would be really helpful.

me too i dont do torrents on my laptop or download anything on my laptop, i do it when i am at home i do torrrents or try to find a direct dl link and either leave it on family pc at home and hope my mom doesnt mess up the computer and needs to do a restore and lose it all on me or i put it on a flash drive if i have any.

okay batman is a 1 then but my basic point still stands.

You know what I also dug about this ep? Peter floating home when Betty gave him a "maybe" answer. Peter dancing with aunt May was also good. Although I knew it wasn't gonna happen, I would have liked seeing Peter go to the dance with Betty.

I liked that to. It was funny and cool at the same time.

I'm wondering why May didn't think of plotting with Gwen to get Peter to go with her, instead of MJ. The rationale in the comics is that she knew MJ wasn't really a party girl and she knew pain and tragedy in her life too which was why she thought they'd be a good match, what's May got against Gwen here? Not as expressive?

Maybe May knows the same thing about MJ here too.
