The James Franco/ Harry Osborn Thread

He took it off, I believe, after Peter webbed it up.

No, before that. When it retracts off his face. It just vanishes.

Perhaps into the folds of the costume. I mean how does any of their gliders actually fly anyway, you're in the realm of comic books what can I say?

"Danger, Danger, my wooden acting is ruining saga."

You're kidding me, right? Watch some of his more emotional moments in the saga and tell me where it needs to be drastically better. He's no Hayden Christensen. If anything, Tobey's inability to make any other face when he's frustrated or angry outside of the "I have explosive diarrhea look" and Dunst's vapid stares that make MJ look stupid are more detrimental to the saga. Franco is a lot better than most give him credit for being.

No, before that. When it retracts off his face. It just vanishes.

Bob Mano claims that it just retracts into his collar in the blog.

I wouldn't call Franco's acting wooden. Pitchy, but not wooden.:o

does ne1 the picture of the orignal idea they had for the design of the green goblin for spiderman 1?

And, as an advertisement, Harry fans and haters alike might get a laugh out of my new signature.

what i always liked the most out of that picture was the color scheme actually, not so bright as the original GG from SM1, i like the darker look
and as people have already said, its cool to see that the arm blades made it into harry's outfit

So do you think harry will use his dads glider in the film, since they have a picture of it from the movie?

i dont think so, its just leftover, he obviously used similiar technology

Wow. Just look at that awesome glider. Batman wishes he had one of those.

But Harry took the flying surfboard instead :(.

What's the difference, they both do the exact same thing. Harry ain't out to look cool, he's out to kill a MoFo!?

I'm sure the swords had nothing to do with trying (and I mean, trying) to up the cool factor.

Yes, that was sarcasm. I hope most comments here are.

The sword makes the fight personal. You have to be close to a person in order to cut their flesh. It has nothing to do with coolness, I didn't feel the slightest "I'm trying to be cool" in that scene with the sword. I got, "oh sh:t, Harry's gonna kill a MoFo any way that he can."

no. but I do like the fact that the glider is still there for detail, etc. I like harry's new glider and I'm sure some of you don't but trust me after watching that 7 1/2 minute preview the people who didn't like harry's glider befor that should like it now. I liked it even befor the 7 1/2 minute preview. just look at how fast it got to peter in the fight.
