And you know for a fact I'm one of those people?
Right, because there's nothing questionable about romanticizing unapologetic, murdererous lunatic,
I don't know you so I can't say. I can say from my experience though that people seem to get holier than thou about women finding Joker and Loki hot while at the same time talking about how sexy they find characters like Harley Quinn or Poison Ivy, and yet shockingly the latter is never criticized or used as an example of guys being sick or having mental issues.
A fictional one? No.
Like I said dudes do it to evil women all the time.
Why do you think the hero having a flirty relationship with a sexy villainess is such a common trope across the whole of fiction?
I watched the movie. Caleb was pretty great in it. He's got a lot of promise for the future too, as he matures. He seems to be choosing some interesting stuff.
Again, you're confusing being attracted to a fictional character and harboring romantic feelings for them. There is a difference.
So you wouldn't think it was strange if someone developed a crush on Hannibal Lecter.
I would say that if anyone walks away from a movie feeling that the Joker is sexually attractive then the writers have failed to create an accurate version of the Joker.
So by that logic the Joker the writers of The Dark Knight failed? Gotcha.
What did it for you? The clown suit?

What did it for you? The clown suit?
The Heath Ledger, mostly.![]()

There are a lot of different traits you can apply to the Joker but 'sexy' has never been one of them. Harley is literally the only person in the world who is romantically drawn to him, which says more about her than anything.
What did it for you? The clown suit?

But Harley has a very sexualized look in SS. She looks dirty sure, but you can still see a young and attractive woman underneath the Oscar winning makeup! I really don't see anything that a girl would find attractive in Ledger's Joker, then again I'm not a girl...
I understand the attraction to MCU Loki because he has redeeming qualifies. He has a heart; he obviously loves his family. The Joker is typically pure evil in the sense he shows no capacity for empathy or sympathy in most interpretations. I could see being in love with the failed comedian Joker from The Killing Joke but most versions of The Joker display no ability to care for someone whatsoever.
