This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]534765[/split]
I think the Aquaman bit was Terrio. Aquaman said " A strong man is strongest when alone". That's an actual quote from the poet Friedrich Schiller. I think Terrio would probably be the type to make that kind of reference. That one I can get as being a Terrio/Snyder thing.
The Bruce Wayne part, not the entire exchange obviously, between him & Aquaman felt like a Whedon insert.
Can't believe this is only a month away.
At this point, not much to do but wait for screening reactions when they come. Mainly from actual critics, like with Wonder Woman's early buzz.
Just curious, have tickets for this gone on sale yet?
Yeah, I'm gonna go full internet blackout before that happens. I don't want anyone else's thoughts rolling around my head as I'm watching.
Alright so Fabian Wagner just cleared up what all you guys were wondering.
New Justice trailer is out. Superexcited. Thank you to my friend Jean Philippe Gossart who shot my 2nd unit and the reshoots and my very talented colourist Stefan Sonnenfeld. Amazing to work with you guys
Jean Philippe Gossart did second unit work for JL, and he also worked on Fantastic Beasts and The Last Jedi. Stefan Sonnenfeld has worked on MOS and BVS, and on Star Wars : TFA.
So Joss didnt bring in his own guy after all, like many speculated.
One way that's possible is that scene doesn't happen until the end. With all the things going on, Superman probably joins the battle first after his resurrection than visit Lois, and I'm sure Lois can read/see/hear about his return from the news, and probably wondered why he hasn't visited her. I can totally see that as one of the ending resolution scenes of him visiting his farm for the first time post-revival, and Lois just happening to be there waiting for him.I'm seeing a lot of you guys seeming sure that the beginning isnt a dream but...idk, the scene doesnt seem ...authentic. Lois and Clark's reactions dont seem 100% natural for two people who've been separated from each other for such a long time.
I wonder if if the people who cut this trailer go on reddit and these boards. I swear almost all the concerns and questions that came up in the weeks leading up to this were address.
1. Fear that Elfman will ditch Zimmer's Superman theme - They played it at the start of the film
2. Herolee's concerns - Clark dream sequence
3. Is that a Supergirl hologram? - Nope, Bruce says "The world needs Superman" right at that scene
All in all, great trailer. Love the non-Supes-Supes tease and the return of Zimmer's theme. Everyone else hating on the trailer with the same old arguments are just hatersNone ya'll can get me down. November 17, let's go! #ALLIN

And, just in general, guys, they're barely showing us anything from the film. We've barely seen any Atlantis scenes for example which we know is going to have a major sequence in the film. We havent seen any Central City scenes or any of Vic's story or Apokolips...there's soo much that we know is in this movie that they havent shown us yet. Its the Star Wars approach.
Contrast that with BvS trailer 3 which LITERALLY laid out the whole film for us. And THEN if that wasnt enough, those idiots decided "you know what, lets sell this as a Batman movie since we cut all the superman footage out of the film anyway" and then released ANOTHER trailer basically showing the best action sequence in the film in full.
For the guy saying the VFX won't improve from now to release, that's false. They will work thousands of hours on the VFX until the day of release.

Thing is, even if vfx improves, the Red sky with clouds will still look 'fake' to some, as it makes the scene look unnatural and over-stylized. Can't win over preconceived arguments.

Yeah, I figured if it wasnt a dream it is the end. Lois is in Smallville and Clark goes home.
I mean it is probably a 25% chance but it is fun speculation. Something about the way it is cut makes me think there is more to it than just a dream Lois has...
