This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]535071[/split]
From what I saw, VA never mentioned a lot of things.
I also have a hard time buying that they had toreshoot most of Cavill's scenes. That would indicate that Snyder suddenly thought that most of his superman material was unusable.

To be honest, from all the leaks we've had so far, vieweranon's is a first one that appears as one that could be legit. Or at least, it comes closer to it than any other. That being said, I, as always, remain skeptical.
So....any hope of this being 2 and a half hours is pretty much dead right?![]()

I am open mIndeed but yeah... big hunk of sodium. The Flash line and correctly stating Roose Bolton's part in the movie give him a certain amount of cred but... Yeah I don't know about all the rest. Plus, his view is just that, his view. Everyone and his brother loved GOTG but if I had seen an early version and given a review it wouldn't have been glowing to say the least.
Someone made a fair point before. Literally any movie sounds hollow and linear and disappointing when you just list what happens. Even really great movies.

I agree, entirely.
Well, yeah, when you break the plot like this, you can't really make the proper assessment of the film itself.
Sigh. I guess...I was just hoping that this would act as sort of the epic grand finale of Snyder's three movie arc. Just really grand in scale like TDKR, Return of the King, and even Cap Civil War. A movie that just goes for broke, but I guess DC got cold feet and I suppose I cant blame them but...sigh...ok, I'll stop. Im trying to be optimistic, but damn, an hour and 50 min JL movie?
P.S. I'm fully aware I'm overreacting, I'm just giving my honest raw feelings.

Break down A1's plot and what is the biggest swerve? Loki's Joker gambit of getting captured? Otherwise it's a well worn story of a team coming together, one used not just in action adventure films but all sorts of genres. If it's fine for those many, many films...
