Chances are they won't go back on his death
I personally loved the line. Thought it was a cool X-Men moment that felt like it was ripped straight from a comic book page
What was it that he blasted anyways (to blow up the mansion)?
His hair style in this would be almost perfect for his MacGyver series.
As for how they can bring him back....
The blast for some strange reason extended Psylocke's portal a bit to swallow Havok. He gets teleported elsewhere with amnesia. We won't see him until some years later when he's leading a government sactioned team of mutants. 😉
It's a shame Havoc doesn't make it to the final battle, his power display was pretty impressive, loved him shooting it from both his chest and hands. And it would have been nice to see more of it before the characters left us.
I am still holding out hope he isn't dead and somehow was transferred somewhere else after being on the edge of Apoc's teleportation bubble.
Its Havok with a K!
I think he's pretty much dead. I dont think he's destined to be any bigger in this series and dont see where he'd fit. If anything with Sinister introduced, he can least clone him. Wouldnt be the same but that would be an oppurtunity to bring LT back, possibly leading the Maurarders and setting up Scott to fight a version of his brother
I like him but I feel they should probably just move forward and use other characters instead.Yeah I know, my I-pad changed it for some reason!
I don't know, the way Apocalypse smiled and said "all will be revealed" before Alex shoots at him, and then we don't actually see him dying. Not to mention a scene of him and Scott getting a goodbye moment was cut. It seems they wanted to keep his death ambiguous for a reason. So I still hold hope as I want to see him as part of X-Factor or even better leading the Starjammers against Vulcan one day!
Alex is Scott's older brother. LT is fine. They should not switch it up and now say he's younger. I dont see the purpose of that. From what we saw in Apocalypse, they had a good enough relationship. More continuity screwups just for the sake of making it like the comics? I dont see how making Alex younger will add anything. Its unnecesaryAs long as they cast a new actor, I'm all for Havok showing up again
maybe in DP, where he could be Scott's little brother and look accurate

This is why they should have just dove a full reboot. I'm not a fan of them just picking and choosing what to ignoreI know, it is certainly unneccesary and the continuity doesn't need anymore contradictions, but since DP is largely ignoring the continuity anyway, I wouldn't completely hate getting a reboot of a character who has been portrayed terribly (imo) for the past few films. And disagree about Till, he's an atrocious actor
Havok has not been that well-handled in this franchise. I'm okay with him being the elder brother, but I didn't like his power display (should have been blue, with bigger rings of energy) and it was a bit of a waste just to kill him off like that.
I'm not a fan of how they killed off Emma Frost, Banshee and now Havok. Those characters had more potential.
I agree they had so much more potential then what they used them for, so many missed opportunities with these characters Havok could've spun off and formed XFactor, A proper White Queen depiction could've opened the door for so much more including Banshee Caleb was great in the part and I hate how they just discarded them.
I must admit I'd be really pleased if Havok had been thrown clear of the mansion by the blast (on the other side of the house from where Quicksilver was bringing the kids on to the lawn) and was then found by Sinister...
Sinister could have Havok, Emma and Banshee among his captives, having secured the other two from Trask's labs where he had been working as a scientist. He would subject them all to evolutionary modification. (good excuse for recasts where necessary).
Then we could see Havok with his correct power signature (blue plasma pulses), get a new Emma Frost and see Banshee back again. I feel there is much more potential in Banshee's sonic power. Just look what they did with Black Canary in The Flash, she brought a whole building down.
That's actually a clever way of bringing back Banshee and Emma Frost(especially her). Unlike Azaezel and Angel, we were never actually shown their autopsy pictures. This gives future writers a loophole to reintroduce them if so desired.
I still think Havok is dead though.![]()
I still think he is too and probably the best work around is to introduce a clone if people are willing to accept that. We already know Sinister of this universe has mutant DNA so it wouldn be too farfetch for him to have cloned Alex and mess with his genetics (which would fix his power signature)
