I'd be fine with Natman and Superman: Man of Tomorrow or something along those lines.

Referring to Superman, Lex, and of course, Batman, and the new breed of vigilante superhero that is emerging.

Cool. But are audiences ready for the awesomeness that is Natman?

Superman vs. Batman sounds weird. Anything with vs. in it sounds corny to be honest. I hope they go with World's Finest.
