Or we could have a six-issue arc where the Joker hunts down and kills all of Harley's "girlfriends," and the writers never allude to why.

Even Batman's detective skills would laugh at that one.

This was probably one of the better designs of her I had seen in the series, period. Mostly because Tokyo Movie Shinsa animated it I think.

Bruce Timm or Paul Dini (I can't remember which, I think it was Timm) said that unofficially officially Harley and Ivy have a very, very close friendship. And like Kal-El 8 posted, the Dini/Timm Harley and Ivy mini series all but says it directly.

Well to me they're not facts. Yeah they have a closeness but it is a close kinda sister friendship to me. And it will stay that way until something happens where the writers admit they are lovers or in a comic they are seen kissing and taking each others clothes off.

I prefer that it's always hinted at but never shown. There's enough lesbians in the Batverse. Unless they do a Question/Batwoman vs Harley/Ivy showdown as the ultimate fanservice.

Harley loves Joker - Ivy loves nobody but is very good friends with Harley in a close sister way. The way i see it.

Here's my point: Will said females even recognize Ledger, and will said females still swoon at the very sight of him.

That, ladies and gentlemen, will show true fandom.

My vote: most girls will have to be told that is Heath Ledger, unless they can read.

He's not recognizable at all. When my sister first saw the trailer she said 'Wait, I thought they cast Heath Ledger? Who's this guy because he's so much better!'
She still found him attractive though. My sister's a loon.

Sparrow's a little more attractive than the Joker, though. Not really a fair comparison. But I know some women will find him attractive.
