again i wouldnt expect someone who been in other mcu stuff to be reused here. That has only happened a few times and its more helpful if they are drastically different looks or what not. It is surprising all the great names of actors we have seen appear in netflix, carter/shield, and the movies so far.

As for mj i still cant wait to see what names start testing and what not. So we can get a feel of the look/age/etc.... stuff we may be going for the role, let alone any other female supporting midtown characters.

interesting name neno, havent really seen that show. So i have no judgement. That is still my biggest drawback of the likely 17-20/22 yr olds who will likely be testing that are known/semi know i am not that greatly watching shows/ or films with the younger up and coming ones so hard to judge them good. All i want for is to have someone who is better then dunst was in the role. Plus i really want to see mj done more right this time.

Still i really want to see them do the wild party fun girl, who is hiding her bad family life through that mask. Then have mj develop like in the comics over time to be a more rounded out person and loving and caring to peter, gwen, harry, and the others. Plus also toss in the interests and dreams of being a actor/model to tie into that from the comics. I do not want to see them go straight out ultimate mj and have her go into journalism and what not.

her names been mentioned a few times. She looks good, as for her acting havent really seen her so i dont have any judgement on her.

I would hate for them to ditch Gwen just because of TASM, especially when she's so popular right now. However, I also think it would be a mistake for them to kill her off again, after ASM2..

I disagree, I mean it's still one of the best (even though it's almost among the most tragic) Spider-Man stories which also involves one of the best SM Villains and in my honest opinion, it should be done properly on the big screen. Just because it was so poorly executed, it doesn't mean that they should drop one of the most important stories in the SM Universe.

That doesn't mean they should ignore MJ! When I used to read the early comics, as a kid (it was mostly The Amazing Spider-Man, not so much The Spectacular Spider-Man ones), Gwen & MJ even knew eachother, they were at the same college or high school were Peter was if I am correct. If not they met afterwards anyway, I'm sure I've read some stories with them together.

again there is no reason for mcu to skip over either mj or gwen. This is there chance to actually play with both characters have them as friends play off the rivaly they have for peter feelings and ultimately we dont have to kill either of them off. they could just pull the move away card and the character is gone. Or they could do death but change it up as both raimi and webb series have play off the classic goblin killing story from 121/122. So they could do something like ultimate, or if they where to bring in maybe miles warren he goes nuts kills her cause she doesnt return feelings he has to her for him and then go on.
