John McCain is calling for National Commission on Workplace Flexibility and Choice. This Commission would bring together a bi-partisan set of leaders representing workers, small and large employers, labor, and academics. The Commission would make recommendations to the President on how modernizing our nation’s labor laws and training programs can help workers better balance the demands of their job with family life and to enable workers to more easily transition between jobs.

Did anybody else catch this?

I know he admitted it, but it just adds to the ridiculousness of his entire series of posts, that's all...as if THAT were possible...

Scared people do in fact tend to do exactly that. Obama's 'faux pas' essential was telling a Truth. McCain contextually made Arab the opposite of decent.

BS, this is another perfect example of the double standard Democrats typically find themselves engaged in during any political climate. It's certainly not okay for people to scream 'terrorist' or 'kill him' in any environment about Obama, but it's equally appalling that people will wear t-shirts to Obama's gatherings which refer to Palin as the c-word.

I don't hear ANY of YOU criticizing Obama for allowing that to happen at his rallies. Nope, the standard of 'decency' only applies to Republicans, apparently...

It is very, very, very bad when liberals where t-shirts which badmouth John McCain and Sarah Palin.

Now, back to the discussion :yay:

I've heard, read or seen NOTHING whatsoever of the Palin t-shirts.

And...IF it has happened, it's happened in retaliation.

Besides. She is infact a ****.

I mean, what else can you call a person who lies about everything at her rate? She claimed the Alasaka report absolved her of any wrongdoing, including ethics....even though it claimed she did violate her power and violated ethics.

Besides. There's quite a difference between the...C-word, which is nothing compared to calling for the death of Obama.

Huge difference. I'd rather be called the C-word any day of the week than have people calling for my head.

I'd prefer to skip the lynch mob, thank you.

McCain himself is fond of the C-word, though. Just ask Cindy. :hehe:

But she is the C-word, come on, tell me that you don't want to see her kitty CAT.

All right, that's enough C-word talk.

While I think that neither is acceptable, calling Obama a terrorist, a traitor, and screaming for his death FAR OUTWEIGH a word on a shirt. If indeed, that is true. (I have yet to see any evidence of the supposed shirts though.)

Well since we can't talk about it, I guess I won't post the evidence.

Try Google.

Just to be clear--I don't have a problem with commenting about the word being brought up at rallies. I'm just trying to keep this thread from descending into C-word puns, such as:

But she is the C-word, come on, tell me that you don't want to see her kitty CAT.

None of that, please.

If the t-shirts do bear this particular phrase in question, you'd be smart to NOT post the evidence as it would get you banned.

Duh, you do realize that I didn't just discover the internet today, right?

The images on the t-shirts are blurred.

Another perfect example of what's wrong with your party these days.

Says the party whose 2 candidates have been charged with ethical misconduct yet think they should be allowed into the White House.

STOP generalizing every single Democrat or liberal on these boards.

Not all of us are childish misogynists, in fact, the majority of us could care less about Palin's gender.

Says the party whose 2 candidates have been charged with ethical misconduct yet think they should be allowed into the White House.

Good point.

For the first time in history, a major party ticket has two individuals running who have been charged with ethical misconduct during their tenure.

And which ticket is that? The McCain-Palin ticket.

But nevermind the facts... remember, since Sarah Palin said she was innocent, that means the results of that non-partisan panel are false and are simply the result of evil Democrats trying to make her look bad :cwink:
