I was watching an interview with Keaton on Reelz channel today, man, he seems like such a down to earth guy. He was talking about beetlejuice and was like "I showed up on the set with what I was going to do, and I was like: alright, this is what I'm going to do take it or leave it because this is as good as it gets..." lol.

A lot of sites are getting upset at the amount of "hotlinking" of pictures that is happening these days. They have a way of changing them into porn pics or worse at the site you hotlink to. We have had to remove many pics that this has been done to. We are letting people know that they need to host them themselves to keep this from happening.

He captured the obsession and drive like no actor since IMO his wayne was very different from the comic book source but it worked so perfectly i dont think anyone will ever beat keatons batman stare can someone post the penguin/batman confrontation when penguin says "i admire that from a man in a mask" i really want to see the stare bats gives him after that line!.

Keaton showed more the nasty side of batman i can imagine his bat as the one in the Justice league comic books. i was just reading Tower of Babel and the paranoid obsessive, silent bat who always watches what goes on around him was an exact replica of the keaton batman.

Ironically enough not only the new JLA movie is based on that book but there's a rumor going around that they want Keaton to come back as Batman for it.

From my knowledge the rumour of Keaton coming back for JLA is not true but just some reporter over at MTV which said that's what he wanted to happen.

Anyway he is far to old he was ageing in BR if you look closely theres no way he could come back except maybe if they made a Batman Beyond movie though i would rather use Clint Eastwood as Bruce Wayne.

Want I want is a film adaption of the Dark Knight Returns comic by Frank Miller, so that way Michael Keaton could reprise the role of Batman since in the Dark Knight Returns Batman is 55 years old and Michael Keaton is currently 56 years old. And Tim Burton could direct it since his original idea to Warner Bros. for a Batman film was to do a adaption Dark Knight Returns but Warner Bros. said NO mostly cause Burton wanted it to be 4 hours long.



And on another note, Using my Magical Powers of Photoshop I present you this picture below of Batman giving the finger (I altered one of his fingers so that it appeared in the middle), I'm gonna use it everytime somebody disses Michael Keaton as Batman, feel free to use it.

As a Keatonite, I'm ashamed by your over-the-top behavior regarding a differing opinion. Grow up. There's more to Batman than Michael Keaton. He can be your favorite, but to be so in-your-face anti-everyone else as Batman, you're just going to be a troublemaker, someone who'll make Keaton/Burtonites look bad. Real bad.

And as such, I do not want you posting in my Michael Keaton thread. Someone like you is bound to bring trouble and I want this thread kept open. You will be reported for ignoring my request.

Damn straight i respect the other actors to play Bruce/Batman but none of them brought the emotional and psychological aspect to the character like Keaton did so well the others LOOKED the part but Keaton ACTED the part.

Michael Keaton will always be the best Batman to me....even better than Christian Bale although he was pretty damn good.

Damn straight i respect the other actors to play Bruce/Batman but none of them brought the emotional and psychological aspect to the character like Keaton did so well the others LOOKED the part but Keaton ACTED the part.

They all both acted well, despite me prefering Bale more than Keaton. Keaton will always have a place in my heart for enjoying seeing his Batman the first time Batman89 opened in theater when I was like 11.
