If true, my hype for this movie is also shot right in the face
Exactly what many people here said they didn’t want. No back to a smaller street level Spidey then - but I guess they’ve seen how the multiverse films have made bank so far while many others have struggled.
I saw it in college, youngster.I personally would love to see a Big Bat cut of Batman Forever.
Can’t believe it turns 30 next year. It’s the first Bat movie I ever saw at a theater and I was 5.

You need to fix thisSuperman: The Movie (1978) - Haven't seen this since I was a kid - can't wait to revisit it sometime soon.
Superman II (1980) - Ditto.
The Death and Return of Superman (2019) - The only DCAU film I own, still haven't watched it yet...
Sounds like classic Sony exec thinking. Can imagine them calling it NWH2 or No Way Home Again.i dont trust Daniel RPK for this kind of stuff but i would not at all be surprised if Sony chose to just chase the money and have the three Spidermans team up again. What an awful creative decision that would be but hey it would make all the moneys though.
He must be used to Sony's dumb **** by this point.I wonder how Holland feels, because rumours were going around that he also supported them going a street-level route.
I honestly wouldn't blame him if he walked (doubt he will though)He must be used to Sony's dumb **** by this point.
Holland ain't gonna walk. He is gonna prob roll his eyes and cash his enormous checkI honestly wouldn't blame him if he walked (doubt he will though)
Then Sony'll try to throw a ridiculous amount of money at Tobey and Andrew to have them star
Is this the highest anyone's ever been paid for a film? And then with whatever he's taking out of the back end it will be higher than the total budget for pretty big films.Still shocked by Downey Jr. pay!

And we'll hear about inevitable cost-cutting elsewhere (like pay for VFX and lower level crew) as a result. No actor is worth that much. RDJ is an incredible talent but he should be ashamed of himself for taking that big of a paycheck when the industry as a whole is struggling and screenwriters, effects people and others are just scraping by. I get that as an actor you want a big payday but come on, man. **** like this could not only make the MCU implode but it could have damaging repercussions across the entire industry.
