That was one of my biggest gripes with the movie. The MCU presented Carol as that powerful and yet she needed two people (one of them being a teenager) to beat such a milk toast villain?

Unfortunately it was a problem Marvel created by making her too powerful in Endgame. I don't mind Carol being the most powerful hero, but have her be able to kick Thanos' ass and laugh at his hits when Thanos kicked the asses of half the Avengers at once. It created a problem Captain Marvel won't ever recover from IMO.

I say that, but then the Monkey's Paw of it all will be that instead of the cool adult of the 80s and 90s, it'll be the loser **** of the 2020s. Dan Slott and Paul shall haunt me forever.

I want to see that for variety’s sake. It’s as important as his college years for me.

Finishing Daredevil season 1 tonight. Magnificent superhero television, some of the best ever made. It IS a verbose show, and I could've used a bit more action, but it's not like the dialogue doesn't serve a purpose, most of these conversations are the show's meat on the bone.

12 seasons of Netflix Marvel shows left. I can't even imagine how long this project will take me, but I'm game. I lovingly call this marathon "13 Seasons Why."

Finishing Daredevil season 1 tonight. Magnificent superhero television, some of the best ever made. It IS a verbose show, and I could've used a bit more action, but it's not like the dialogue doesn't serve a purpose, most of these conversations are the show's meat on the bone.

12 seasons of Netflix Marvel shows left. I can't even imagine how long this project will take me, but I'm game. I lovingly call this marathon "13 Seasons Why."

And if you are a real glutton, Runaways and Cloak and Dagger are technically connected to the Netflix shows.

Holy crap, until you just said it, i had no idea there were even that many seasons of Netflix Marvel. It didnt feel like that much but you're right. 3 Daredevil, 3 Jessica Jones, 2 Luke Cage, 2 Iron Fist, 2 Punisher, ! Defenders.

I totally forgot about those two. I didn't care much for Cloak and Dagger but Runaways had its moments. At the very least they were both better than Helstrom, which, talk about obscure and forgettable.
