I think I'm one episode behind on Agatha. It's pretty bad so far and I don't have particularly high standards.

Probably looks 10 times worse coming out at the same time as Penguin which I couldn't have imagined being any better.

Dynamic leads with a ton of chemistry, will do wonders. It's one of the things so fundamentally missing from Agatha. S1 also had Kate Herron's direction.

I don't think Agatha's that bad but it's also not something I'm going to jump to defend either. Coming off of Secret Invasion and The Acolyte, it's not exactly like my expectations for Disney+ shows have been that high lately anyway.

I'm just amazed that Echo ended up being as decent as it was.

Seeing how Agatha gets more of a discussion over Penguin (not just here but everywhere else you go online), this does remind me of the time when Andor was coming out and all anybody was talking about was either House of the Dragon or Rings of Power or even She-Hulk.

I still have to catch up on both Penguin and Agatha this week. Behind on both. Been watching Baseball this week when the Guardians have been playing instead of watching shows. But that may end after Saturday lol

Ok. I actually really enjoy Rings of Power. It’s a fun fan fiction that is beautiful to look at.

Are there things I don’t like? Sure. Does it deviate from Tolkien’s work? Yeah. But so did the LOTR films. I mean, Faramir was a character assassination in the films. And I don’t know what was going on with the Hobbit.

But Rings of Power sets itself up as a “what if” kind of thing and I really find it entertaining. I also think it’s pretty to look at.

I legit gave up on it after the first episode. LOTR is just way too close to my heart for what I saw coming. That said, the commercials make think about going back. A lot of scale.

Appreciate it, lol! Not very optimistic going into Saturday considering who the Tigers have pitching and I fear the Guardians best relievers may have seen too much action in this series. But I am hoping they somehow get it done.

If they win, I think maybe if they make the ALCS, they may wanna consider resting their best pitchers in that game 1 hypothetically.
