I wanna be excited for this movie - I liked Bridesmaids and was initialy on board for the cast and crew - but nothing shown so far is really making me be.

I love Kate McKinnon too, and believe that type of dialogue is beneath her unless it plays MUCH better on screen than it does on paper. I've even suggested casting her for Captain Marvel as an out of left field pick, down in those message boards.

At first I thought that poster said "emphasis on the bod", and I wasn't really sure what that meant, but it's still better than the actual joke.

If it's Kate McKinnon's bod, that's a definite improvement.

I went from being supportive of the movie for having an all female cast to being disgusted by the movie the more I see and hear of it and the more I think about it (and obviously the genre of the cast has nothing to do with it).

And the Lesley Jones Patty character seems like its gonna be the main thing that grates about this movie if I ever get around to watching it.

Is not just the lines that are not good, but the idea itself is not good. It is like if there was one with Bill Murray and "What about the Twinkie?" on the side. It doesn't work either. There's no context for anything, that's why it doesn't work.

I honestly don't have anything against the cover. It's nowhere near as bad as the character posters with the worst possible tag lines.

Kate McKinnon is trying her best to get ppl into this movie. She seems to be the only one from the pics they've release who seems to actually want to be In a ghostbusters film

And the tag lines: "Back in Business" Um ok, were they gone? Were they taking a break? or are they recognizing the original movies now?

"Bustin' makes us fee good" Another unoriginal line taken from the original movies. Come on Sony marketing department, come up with some originality.

Best thing they have put out was that early McKinnon teaser poster. Everything else has just looked goofy or flat out bad.

The first posters they released were easily and by far the best ones.
Seems like they changed the marketing/design people.
