Mystique can change the size and shape of her organs, but she can't create new fully functional organs. Doing stuff like creating new appendages is a huge strain for her, and she can only maintain extra arms or a second head for seconds to a minute at most.

Assuming Mystique could give herself a prostate, cowpers glands, seminal vesticles, the ejaculatory ducts to pass the semen through, a series of nerves and muscles required create stimulation, and can fool her brain into making them function properly (which would require biological knowledge on her part, both medical and surgical), I highly doubt she could maintain her erection with the intense amount of strain and concentration she'd need just to stop her plumbing from turning female again.

Of course, this is all moot, because Mystique has never fathered a child.

Oh, but mimicing DNA outer and muscle density alteration by eyesight with no knowledge of their personal DNA is oh so simple?

The fact of the matter is, if her powers allow her to alter her DNA by sight, it's definitely not a far stretch to alter internal things as well as external.

Either her other internal organs literally are resized to be smaller than they should be to allow for a fully functional adult multi-egg female reproductive system, that her body would cease it's functions, or they would have to be altered to also change along with the other body parts of hers. She doesn't mimic DNA. She just readjusts her cells by arrangement and pigmentation to mimic the appearance of someone she was just looking at. She can't even change her own body mass; her density changes based on whether or not she's making herself larger or smaller. Whenever she turns into someone larger than she is normally, her body mass spreads out, but it consequently makes herself less dense. Mystique literally just takes on the outward appearance of someone based on eyesight. Her own DNA stays the same. No matter what she changes into, she'll always have the same genes that make up her DNA. That's why she doesn't lose her mutant powers and x-gene whenever she makes herself look more human, and why she can't mimic the powers of someone else.

Since she can't alter her own DNA, maybe giving herself a set of working man-parts really is a stretch.

But then it would more be a question of skill. If we haven't seen her do it, it doesn't necessarily mean she can't. It just means we don't know.

Yah, she can mimic clothing and stuff. Even glasses.

First of all, she usually has gotten a look at who or what she's gonna transform into, so, she just does what she does.

Secondly, It doesn't really matter. If it's a politician then it's a suit. If it's a Superhero, the last costume she saw them in.

Mystique, despite as frequently as we see her, is far from the most skilled shape-shifter at Marvel Comics. I'd bank on Morph being able to give himself working lady parts (the man can change into a can of aerosol spray), but Mystique doesn't seem that good. The last time Mystique tried to give herself extra arms and an extra face, she was afraid she might die.

That was a serious answer. start at issue 12, then grab 600. (Which is the next issue cuz they did one of those real issue number jumps. ) People really should explain that.

Yeah, #12 then #600, then the numbering goes like you would expect it to. This is a good month to get into Thor too, since we're supposed to get the final two issues of JMS' run at the end of the month. Whether we actually will or not is anyone's guess, though.
