He could turn into something that looked like the Living Tribunal. But he couldn't actually turn into the LT.

Hate to correct you but from what I understand the IMp takes on the power of whoever he is replicating.

Stated in an X-men annual and also in a New Mutants annual.

Though I agree it is far fetched even for comics.

That's not what I was saying. He could replicate the powers but he wouldn't be the Living Tribunal.

And now that I think about it more, I have serious doubts about him actually duplicating the Living Tribunal's powers. We're talking about a being that is second only to God (or the Marvel Universe equivalent). I just can't accept that his powers could be easily duplicated.

Small misunderstanding and as I said I also find it doubtful.

Ok, Everyone Knows Norman Is Gg, Why Dosen't He Tell Everyone Who Peter Is?

Because he doesn't want to.

I just saw ST-DSN and in the episode the ship shrunk really small and they couldnt go outside because the oxygen molecules would be to big for them to breath. Wouldnt the same be true for antman or wasp?

Okay I've thought of a few questions I would like the answer to and I think they belong here.

Cany anyone tell me about Gilgamesh the Earth Eternal, or Titan Eternal?

and... it took me so long to find this damn thread I forgot the other one!

Gilgamesh is the forgotten one if I am correct

their lungs disappear into the same dimension that their extra mass goes to when they shrink; so no problem.

Does anyone know, if any what is the term for creating objects out of nothing?

Not transmutation, or transmuting. That would be creating or re-arranging elements or objects out of things that already exist.

I mean an actual term, not magic or a wish.

Is there an acutal term for creating something out of thin air?

Oh I remember my question from last night now :D

Has there already been a thread on the Superman is a Dick webpage?

All this ticks me off. Who the heck started all this CRAP? No Cosmic powers, no Gods, no this, no that, the next thing you'll hear is, "What's a superhero?"
Marvel is getting WAY too real anymore. Enough's enough already.

pretty much the idea of the Ultimate line, dude. Making it far more realistic, which i'm guessing means they'll allow a little more leeway in the 616 'verse.

well, ye with the eyecatching avatar, when you pose that question I immediately think of the REPLICATORS from Star Trek. However that's supposed to just.. rarrange molecules into a new form and structure... or something. Why they don't just build new ships that way, I don't know.

One could also argue that Alchemists of old, in trying to turn lead into Gold, were in essence, trying to create something from nothing...

Yeah but I am looking for an acutal term of creating something from nothing. Not incorporating magic or anything like that. Just an ability or power. Maybe I should coin one :D

1), "When we say nothingness, it does not mean absolute vacuum; there has to be some matter or energy minutely present. Therefore, Sai-devoted scientists clarify that one matter may be transformed to another. Their philosophical explanation may be that God is all-pervading and hence the same divine power performs the creation."

and 2), "CONJURING/MATERIALISING"

- I'd like to thank google.com for all their kind support in this hour of need. :)

"Creating" seems to cover that pretty well. "Engendering" does too, although it's just a more limited synonym of "creating" in the first place.
