Killing Jean Grey. Horrible idea, so much so they weren't going to do it, she was the centerpiece to the greatest relationship that book had....but the execution was so good it defined X-Men for generations afterwards.Its not easy either, therefore most of the time, its going to suck. As seen with Cassandra Cain. Can you name a bad idea with a good execution?
And as we know, its Geoff Johns fault, and Penance too, thats his fault.
