Thats kinda like how I feel about Runaways. I've heard all you guys raving about it. I gave it a try for a while and it just doesnt hold my interest.

I dont think he'll go back to "bouncy Speedball" but I think he will eventually stop being an emo-*****, once he gets over all his issues with Stamford and what went down. Once he does get over it or learns to deal with it his powers will return to normal. I think that the whole pain for power thing is more of a mental barriar that he subconciously put up after what happened, kinda like Iceman after M-Day. He will eventually ditch the Voldo costume, he will go back to being more of the man he was before, just much more mature and responsible, kinda like how Nova has developed since Annihilation.

Not saying you're wrong. Just saying, why couldn't they have just gotten it right and did that NOW? INSTEAD of the Penance crap? That is what makes it doubly frustrating.

Justice will return in capable hands as a main character in Dan Slott's THE INITATIVE mini series that comes out after CW.

Firestar last quit in the beginning of FRONTLINE after breaking up with Justice in MASKED INTENTIONS in Feb. 2006 and I'm not sure I'd want Ellis handling either. He has been sporatic and NEXTWAVE has not endeared him to me in terms of writing B and C listers.

It would be cool to see them to eventually see eachother, they where both Warriors, and they ahve both gone through some truamatic ****, but both have dealt with it in different ways. Nova could be like "what the **** are you doing on a team with these nutballs"

Trust me I'm not happy about Nightthrasher and the rest but it's the one guy (Speedball) who this ******ed idea is applied too.

I hear ya why no one was clamoring for a NW revival before and their where. me for one and two the last NW ongoing was pretty craptastic with even worse art.
