Yeah, I don't have kids, but I don't think they play with action figures anymore.they're too busy with video games. Like, the little kids want figures and toys and dress up sets (I guess. I never dressed up. Maybe a towl tied around my neck, that was it.) But once they find games, action figures are out the window. We're a dying breed. :csad:

That being said, that Barbarian Hulk is a good looking figure. I have no clue where I would put him, but he does look cool.

Good looking fig indeed, ankle joints dont make for great posing stability though :/

Thwip! dude, where did you get that Flash? That's freakin cool!

Today's comic shop booty. Doop!!!!!!:

I also got a second Archangel, as Hit Monkey wave has officially hit comic shops. I just opened my first Marvel Legend... Pretty damn awesome.

Thought I'd show off the shelf I got last month. My dad knew I was looking for something to display my figures, so he noticed that someone in the neighborhood was giving it away and we picked it up...

I'm usually not much of a variant guy, but I freaking love these Scottie Young variants Marvel has been doing. I grabbed a couple more today, so I figured I'd show off what I've got. I think I'm only missing maybe two, but will rectify that soon.

Just won this for $20.05 I needed to start chipping away at the Ares series, and this will make a good edition to my ever expanding hall of armors. I just need the 1st appearance armor and a Stealth armor to have a pretty good representation of all the comic armors that have been made into figures thus far.

picked up the 4 inch Hasbro Iron Patriot

Comic shop was having a 50% off select figures sale, So I nabbed these three legends for $7.50 each. Not the best Legends ever by any means, but I have now completed Annihilus, and I just need Cap and Bucky to complete Brood Queen.

I'm on vacation this week, todays the first day.. I've been feeling crappy lately, with a nasty persistent cough. This morning I woke up and coughed up a bunch of blood.. Went to the doctor, I have pneumonia. Last time I took a week off, back in October, I got diagnosed with whooping cough and had to miss NYCC. Now, a couple of months after finally recovering from whooping cough, I take a vacation and find out I have pneumonia... Turns out I did so much damage to my lung tissue when I had whooping cough, I am very susceptible to lung infections like pneumonia and chronic bronchitis. The ironic thing is I quit smoking two years ago, and I never had problems like these when I was a smoker. How's that for luck?
But sometimes some good mail can make even the crappiest of days feel like Christmas, if just for a moment. This is what I got in the mail today:

love that wolverine suit :D

Yeah, that's my favorite. I love it so much I got the masked and un-masked. I think they nailed down the perfect size for him too with that one. I love the series 3 and six, but I think the series 3 is WAY too big, and the 6 is close, but I think the Astonishing one nails it. Wolverine is supposed to be short. To be correct scale he should be about 5 and a half inches tall.

My cousin went to Rhode Island, and while he was there he found this awesome toy store called The Toy Vault. I've actually bought a few things from them on Ebay. So being the awesome cousin he is, he called me and asked if he wanted to pick up something for my birthday, and then whatever else I would pay him back. He grabbed me a series 3 Wolverine for my bday, and then he picked me up a Yellowjacket, Adam Warlock, Face-Off unmasked Cap with Baron Von Strucker, Legendary Riders Series Logan, and Sasquatch (orange version) He said it was only $90 something for all the ones I bought, don't know how, but that works for me. I'll put up pictures when I get my hands on them in a few days. The other good news is that there is actually another Toy Vault here in CT. It's only like 45-50 minutes away, too. I can't wait until I feel better and can go check that place out.Seems like they have some awesome deals.

good figs, but i still REALLY wish they'd have given them a wash. they look horridly cheap in person.. and that florescent orange/red was a massive mistake.
