It's a cool visual, but it doesn't fit Warren's character.

.45's are pretty useless against most of the X-Men's villains, though. Plus, 616 Angel's not a hard-boiled detective type, nor is he a super-violent Punisher or Wolverine or Cable type. Putting a gun in the hands of anyone who's ostensibly more hero than antihero just seems wrong to me.

Now that I think about it, who says Warren needs to be a powerhouse anyway? That's never been his strong suit anyway.

I guess. I don't think he's ever really had a strong suit, though, aside from brooding while he was recovering from his stint as Death.

His strong suit was palling around with Hank and Bobby, creating a love triagle with Scott and Jean and always being conflicted about what he should be doing: being an X-Man or being a philanthropist.

I guess. I never really knew what the hell the X-Corp did. I know the uniforms or whatever associated with it sucked; that's about it.

They were like embassies for mutants. I guess that's the best way to look at it.

I think we just got bored of him. It is still better than a lot of other artists' work, though.

Well, if he's really got his mind on speeding up lately, that may be contributing to it. Maybe he just honestly does need months and months and months to make his art look good.
