Just like you can't say Chaos is good and Order is bad. Or that Galactus is a true villain. And he's also sexless.

Your points are valid. He is a cosmic entity. But he has been portrayed as a male and not female. Further he was a villain in Silver Surfer 15 when he manipulated Sue Richards.
