I doubt Constantine will be involved at all, given that DC's decreed the Vertigo titles won't spill over into the mainstream DC universe. Constantine's still got Hellblazer going, so he's kind of off-limits, as I understand it.

Actually, he has. In the beginning of Teen Titans #34 he's one of the heroes there talking with Mia/Speedy, while Hawk is arguing with Aquagirl.

Well, from what I understand, the effects of Virtigo titles can spill over as long as the characters don't. At least, that's the case with John. I think mentioning his name would be okay, as long as he didn't show up for father/son bonding, or whatever his vague equivalent is.

I can't wait for this book, aside from Civil War which is just great reading. 52 seems to be another event in comics i get wait to get my hands on.

I dont think Zatara is Zatanna's son. When was she pregnant? How'd she get a teenager in a year? I could possibly be a nephew, brother (long lost or some such), cousin, or simply an apprentice.

She could have had the kid a while ago. If memory serves, she and John Constantine are on again/off again lovers, and they had a streatch where they were doing it regularly during their respective 80s punk rocker phases. Could have gotten pregnant in the 80s, gave the kid up for adoption, and went on with her life.

Possibly. There's a chance she may end up being on the new East team, not to mention, she was in Titans Tomorrow where she was revealed to be friends with Ravager and had been part of the current team for quite some time. If she does, I'd like to see more out of the character then we do when she's with Aquaman, I heard Geoff had plans for her.

Well, stranger things have happened where magic's concerned. Maybe she pulled him through a dimensional rift from 15 years in the future or something. Crazy magicians.

Wait, is it a guy or a girl?

Because of it's a girl, then Zatara's most likely Z's apprentice from Seven Soldiers.

If it's a guy...why? I thought Seven Soldiers was supposed to be a big part of the 52 series--and Grant Morrison's heavily involved in it.

Hopefully this is cleared up in 52.
