There is no trailer to talk about and there is no Lizard to speak of...for now. So off topics is unfortunately apart of these forums.

True. I'd just rather we talk about random things to pass the time rather than fight with other members.

I don't mind Raimi's fans giving me mad faces, I think it's cute, they can't seem to ignore me for some unknown reason.

This. Guys, just ignore him if you don't like what he posts. Otherwise, we'll all just get in trouble with the mods for fighting when it could have been avoided.

Exactly what I was about to say.
I remember him being this way back in 2006 on another board, and everyone felt the same way there and was very outspoken against his negativity. So honestly we're not the problem.

Exactly...

Kaw, I don't have anything against you, it's just your attitude. I know that you can act somewhat decent when you hear that somebody has a differing opinion towards something, you just choose not to.

That stuff was funny, for a very short amount of time. You can post in a way that doesn't make everyone's blood boil, I've seen it.

It's hard to ignore you when you bring up the same crap over and over and over and over and over, even when it doesn't relate to what we're talking about at all.
You hate everything. You're smarter than us. We get it.
But my original question remains unanswered, I'd like to point out.

True, and it hard to ignore you, when you keep bringing up, how many times that I keep bringing up the same old crap.

It's a match made in dysfunctional Heaven.

I only bring it up when you bring it up
So if you'd stop doing it we'd stop having this conversation. Simple as that.
Still not gonna answer my question Kaw?

He's not. There's no point, it's not worth having a mod come in here and tell us off. Just leave it, J. :\

^ Good point. Not worth it.
Gonna go back and delete my posts just to be on the safe side.
EDIT: Um...how do you delete posts? Haha

Interesting, I don't remember it being that way here a while ago...ah well. No big.
So...how about that theatrical trailer? :D
No but for real, I actually have never seen it in theaters and I've meant to. I remember my friend saw it and texted me and said that everyone she was with said it looked like crap. The entire audience kinda groaned to, apparently.

:csad: The next trailer should win them over though.

I am looking forward to this even though I am not thrilled about it being the origin story again. But I do find it funny how fast everyone around here turned on Sam Rami and his take on the Spidey. I remember back in 2002 and 2004 everyone was singing his praises and saying how good the films were. Then comes 2007 and Spider Man 3 is met with medicore reviews and fan feedback. In actuality, the film wasn't THAT bad compared to other terrible superhero movies that have come out like X- Men origins Wolverine, the borefest superman returns, and the god awful green lantern.

But anyway when spider man 3 came out everyone was like Rami is a hack, he sucks etc. It suddenly became cool to hate on him and his spidey films. I fear the same will happen to Chris Nolan if The Dark Knight Rises doesn't live up to fanboys high expectations. There are some genuine fans but a large majority of people are bandwagon fans. Back on topic I do think this will end up being a great movie. I am interested in seeing how the lizard is handled and how they handle the origin story.

I agree. I don't think Sam sucks, he's a great director, but as I grow up, I start to notice more and more things in his Spidey movies that I'm not a fan of. That doesn't mean I don't like them, I just like them less than when they first came out.

But 100% I agree with you on the first part. I'm not thrilled that it's an origin, but hell, it might be nice. I prefer origins myself, but when it comes to Spider-Man, I could go without it.

I agree with everything in that post except one thing.

X-Men Origins Wolverine was way better than Spider-Man 3.

Strike that, reverse it.

Spider-Man 3 >>>>> X-Men Origins: Wolverine, any day of the week.

I loved X-Men Origins: Wolverine. My only complaint about that film was how poorly developed deadpool was.
