That it is. By the way, the more I look at it, the more awesome it gets. :awesome: :awesome: :awesome:

I like the image, but what's up with "The Untold Story" tagline? I suppose it's a nice way of putting, "Hey, we're doing the origin again like we did ten years ago."

I think the tagline is the exact opposite of that. Naite said it perfectly:
To me, it's pretty obvious... That tagline SCREAMS - "We KNOW it seems weird rebooting the franchise so soon. You're already rolling your eyes, but PLEASE! give it a chance, and you'll understand WHY! This is 2012's X-Men: First Class...... WE KIT YOU NOT!"!

I really hope people give this movie a chance all they seem to do though is crying about rebooting the franchise.

I don't understand why the term "reboot" gets such a bad rap.

Batman Begins
Star Trek
Casino Royale

All recent reboots that were well recieved.

because most people hold on to stuff very very very tightly and fear change lol. Those three flicks you mentioned are amazing and as far as this genre goes, I think those are the only ones to have done the reboot thing so it's not like there is a bad track record for this type of project. *shrugs*

Yep the Same could be said for X-Men First Class true it's a prequel but it was still better than X-3 IMO.

Haha well so far, every reboot you all have listed has been pretty great (including TIH, which despite being underwhelming box office wise, was not a bad movie), so that makes me feel pretty good about ASM :yay:

I thought TIH was awesome. I think it was one of the first movies I actually bothered to go out to an actual theater to see.

Whaaa? For real?
What about the countless other marvel movies before that? Heck, the three spider-man movies? Did you see them at the theater or what?

I usually go to the Drive-In with my parents to see most movies. It's only the movies I REALLY care about that I see in theaters.

That and I'm poor so I usually can't afford to go to a theater.

I've never been to a Drive-In to see a movie. Don't think they have them here in Ireland. Are they any good?

It's fun. I like it mostly because you can bring your own snacks and drinks, it's cheaper, and you don't have to put up with obnoxious people talking on their phones during the movie or anything like that because you're in your own vehicle away from everyone else.

But I'll definitely be seeing this film in IMAX in 3D at midnight July 3rd, because I care too much about Spider-Man films not to experience them the way they were meant to be experienced.

I think they're fun but I enjoy watching a movie in the theater more due to the better quality of sound.

Where does the sound come from in a Drive-In? The screen or do you get little speakers? I'd love to go to one!

Some have speakers that you hang on your car door. Others, like the one near me, you actually set your radio to a given frequency and listen to the movie.

They use a radio frequency, so you just tune your radio to the station they tell you to and voila, you have sound.
