Pacquio is a great guy but I just think that boxers over all select their opponents way to careful. Margo was slow as molasses and if Pac really does take on all comers, why doesn't he fight Paul Williams or Mosley(pre Mayweather)? Just saying.....Dana White maybe right.

Mayweather cherry picks his opponents even more carefully. Why doesn't he fight Williams or Martinez at 154? Why didn't he fight Mosley, Cotto or Margarito a few years ago when he won the welterweight championship? Why doesn't he challenge Andre Berto right now?

He just lets those guys beat each other up and fights whoever is more shot.

Mosley may get a shot now that he (apparently) isn't with Golden Boy Promotions anymore and if Mayweather sacks up, he should fight him.

Then there's always the possibility of him going back down to 140 and defend his title against Timothy Bradley and Devon Alexander.

Agreed LA! Pac is notorious for not fighting african american fighters. He gets a win streak against some of them, then I will believe, but until that time, he is just like Mayweather except Money May is undefeated. Pac beat a guy last night who hasn't fought in a year and fights in slow motion. I don't see how people can say this guy is one of the greatest when he hasn't really fought anyone good in their prime.

Please, Pac just beat the tar out of a guy that Mayweather ducked his whole career, and that almost had Paul Williams out on his feet in the 12th.

Pac slaughtered and sent into retirement Hatton and De la hoya, the same two that Mayweather struggled with.

Pac slaughtered Cotto, the same Cotto that whipped Mosley.

And Berto, lmao, he's nothing more than an HBO hype job, fighting a complete nobody for the welterweight championship was downright pathetic.

Sorry, this isn't the 80s or early 90s, the best welters in the world aren't black or even American.

We agree to disagree. I think Pac does just as much dodging as Mayweather does. You are a Pac fan so I understand you can't see it. I just like boxing so I can see that they both duck people but people like to single out Mayweather like he's the only one who does it. Pac is just as bad.

Mayweather didn't struggle with Hatton, he completely outclassed him from start to finish. Hatton tried his hardest to impliment the style that kept him unbeaten for so long ie close quarters/clinch punching, when he got into range of Mayweather he was eating punches left, right & centre the few times he did actually manage to get close enough to Mayweather he tied him up & forced a seperate.

The Hatton that fought Pacquaio wasn't the same man who was undefeated for so long, he was throwing looping hooks that people from space could see coming & didn't put into action any of the tactics/gameplan that had got him to were he was.. he was a shell of the fighter that fought Mayweather as far as I am concerned.

lulz, I'm not even a Pac fan, especially after the beating he gave Morales (my favorite fighter of this era)

I just give credit where credit is due and Pac's resume looks a sh** ton better than Mayweathers.

Again who has he dodged? While Pac was beating Morales 3x/Barrera 2x/Marquez 2x, Mayweather was beating the Bruseles/N'dou/Sosas of the world. When he went up in weight he defeated Diaz, De La Hoya, Cotto, Hatton, Clottey and Margarito.

Just a side note, you know the upcoming Middleweight championship this weekend between Williams and Martinez, well both guys fought "slow as molasses" Margarito, and one went life and death with him almost getting ko'd late in the fight and the other got KO'd by him in the 7th.

Neither guy came even close to doing what Paquiao did to him.

Fighting old ass Sugar Shane who's 0-1-1 in his last two fight isn't going to do that. He should've fought Andre Berto; a current titlist in his prime. But Mosley has the bigger name and will make them more money and I'm sure Bob Arum shoved him down his throat. Unfortunate.

Pacquiao will win in the 1st round, either KO or TKO. He should fight Marquez next, then he should retire. In welterweight, Marquez will not give Pacman any problems. Pac is a different fighter now since the last time they've fought. Can you imagine Marquez doing the things Pac did to Oscar, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, and Hatton in welterweight? Marquez will be owned by Pac in welterweight.

Mosley was down in the 3rd. What a letdown. Mosley agreed to this fight just for the money. He just ran from Pac the entire time. And Pac, he was just too kind and too compassionate the whole time, except the last 2 rounds where he got annoyed by the Ref's call. Only round 3, 11, and 12 did we see the real Manny Pacquiao, the entire time he was too kind. But Pacquiao being the kind fellow he is, maybe seeing and elderly and scared Mosley run and duck from him is enough to take the killer instinct off his blood.

Poor fight, I knew this was gonna be a disappointing fight during the build up. There was far too much hand shaking & friendliness between the 2 during all the build up promos & interviews. There needs to be even a slight bit of hatred or trash talking to make a fight & give both fighters some more motivation.

By look of the fight, Pacquao seemed to have trouble with Mosley's syle & couldn't really impose himself the way he usually does. It was only after Pacquao got annoyed with the non-knockdown ref blunder that kinda made him pick up his game a little.

They need to get Mayweather & Pacquao in a room with advisers & get this **** straighted out so these 2 can finally fight. I mean if David Haye can get Klitschko to fight him & bows to pretty much every decision that Klitschko wanted just to get his hands on him... then these 2 have no excuses for not making this fight happen.
