That doesn't look right. The huge S-shield looks fine on the printed page, but in reality it overpowers the actor's chest. This was one of things that was wrong with Dean Cain's usual Supersuit.

If you made Newton's shield slightly larger from its original size, it would look better. But that big? It doesn't work.

You know the funniest thing about that quote....if you actually read the whole quote from Wizard magazine is that Ross also says that out of all the candidates mentioned Routh looks the best.
