I've been noticing how the random drawing has been effecting other things. One week, we had both Albion characters fighting...the next week, we had both Thor characters fighting...and, this week, we have both Scarlet Spiders fighting!

And, yeah, when I was in Thread 4 posting the matches, I saw that my Iron Man was in this week, and instantly thought, "The location sure helps me out a lot." This just makes up for my Groot having the worst possible location 2 weeks ago.

Man, I'm glad I have one of my biggest brutes against Iron Man in the Shiled Helecarrier to balance the scales a little. If it were a lesser character it'd be an almost instant win.

And I see that Phaed and I have 2 matches against each other this week.

I'd like to appologize in advance for the tempers flaired and names that will be called. It's Phaed's fault.

And dang it, another match against W?! At least my match against Hellstormer is pretty one sided. Hopefully it'll be a bit of a break.

Your loss was within the first two weeks.

Ok I've got a couple problems that came up:

1) If an opponent transfers his mind, doesn't that mean he's out?

2) I was never sure on the whole ringout thing.

Being that the transfering minds is a match against me, I'll clarify the situation so you don't have to find it and let Phaed and W rule on it. But the ring out thing is simply that no one can leave the location. You can't leave and you can't send somone else out of it. No shooting people into space, or teleporting them away. The whole battle MUST be fought on, in, or in the given perimeters of the weekly location.

Now, as for my transfering minds thing. I have Ultron. He has the ability to transfer his consciousness into other machines. I mentioned that if his physical form is destroyed, or near destroyed, he could transfer his consciousness into a LMD then he'd be able to fight on. He isnt' defeated in my eyes because he's still fighting and was never actually shut down... just in another form.

I'm not sure. I know with my match against Moon Knight, though, I allowed it to be night time. I want my opponent to have his powers. (I didn't go so far as to say a Full Moon, though!)

Yeah, if you can tranfer your essense, then it's alright. The person just has to convince the voters that LMDs or other things are available to be transfered into.

I'm not ever bothering with that match. MK's my man but he always gets jipped in this contest.

Thanks for explaining the situation JH, computer times been scarce lately. And thanks for the clarification Phaed. I was having a problem with my Ink/Tag match because Tag's powers would have made it impossible for anyone to win.

I think we started the first week in daytime (noon). The second match was at night (midnight).

If that's true, then odd number weeks will happen during the day, even numbered at night since we're alternating.

I just can't remember if this is the third or fourth week of matches.

Tarnation! I've found all my X-Men boxes, but the one I need. Oh, well....I'll put off the hunt for X-Men 2099 until tomorrow.

I know where mine are. They're cut into individual pages, rubberbanded, and wrapped in a grocery bag, then tucked away in a box full of about 9 other similar sets... which is under another box full of cut up comics. These are my binding projects that I was going to send off a while ago but had to redirect the money I had set aside for them. So needless to say, I'd really rather not dig them out and risk getting the pages out of order. Thus, why I have to go by memory.

While doing a fun little chart for myself, I've realized that I've only won 6 matches, not 7... though the 4 losses are correct.

Thus, this will also effect my percentages. Just thought I'd point that out.
