Seems like the original Robocop head, with makeup to make the organic parts seem to be over the metal parts instead of the other way around, making it more like a robotic body than an armor.

Perfect.

I'm quite liking the appearance Cyborg has in his current series. Based on the description, that could very well be what they are going for.

I find that both his previous suits looked much better, bulkier and less bulky one:

I don't like the sleeveless look of the new one, nor how alien the technology looks. I particularly dislike all those blue lights:

It's a weird design choice. I figure they are there to depict the alien aspect of the new suit (it actually reminds me of geth from Mass Effect) and how much more attached technological part is to the organic one, but red would look much better and in line with his pre-established look than blue.

By the way here's a pic of geth's inner workings from "Mass Effect" 2. There is similar blue light:

He had blue in the Teen Titans cartoon and it looks good. I wouldn't be surprised if the movie costume also has blue. It's actually interesting that no one mentioned if there was blue/red ights in the concept art.

The only thing I don't like are the toes.

He did? Well I guess that it makes more sense for them to go that way again, though, aesthetically, I still don't like how it mixes with red lights.
And I like the red lights better. It's edgier.

Anyway, about no one mentioning the color of the lights - no one actually mentioned Cyborg in those concept arts at all, save for Wally West on this forum. He is also the only one to give us description of Flash's suit. I find it very strange that, aside from one short description of Barry Allen, there weren't any further descriptions of those arts. What were all those people looking at?

So something along the lines of either the second, less bulky suit or the new alien-tech one.

Cyborg is very sleek. The machine part is not bulky at all. If cyborg was standing far away from you irl you wouldn't know he was part machine because that's how sleek his body/armor is.

I like the options of a more modular approach visually than just having full on mechanical "morphing" abilities.

This one is a little outre' for my tastes.

I have a soft spot for the original design and anyone that shows just a tad more flesh will always get me attention.

A bit more hair in this design.

Description was spot on. Sleeker, New 52 look. From what can be seen, I like it.

And I am glad to see there's no blue lights on it.
