Sure The Lizard can be the villain with emotional connections to Peter. But who else can top the visual spectacle of Sandman? Electro! That's who! Think about it.

ELECTRO is a great villain. I'd like to see either Kraven The Hunter or Electro as a secondary villain to the main villain THE LIZARD in SM4. But no more than 2 villains. Although I think Kraven is better suited for a secondary villain with THE LIZARD.

Electro is one of my fav Spidey villains. He's very underrated. Anyone who's read 'Light of the night' or Castro's Sinister Six novels, knows what great potential Electro has.

Please use him, Sam. He's a classic. And, you love the classics

I had an idea for him to be in Spider-Man 5 along with Mysterio.

I could see Electro being used for the 5th movie ala like Sandman where he is a crook who accidentally gains his powers. Though, I think they'd have to update the suit if Raimi is a fan of the classics, or they could simply make the baldheaded Ultimate Electro.

Electro is a very interesting character. Severly underrated, but interesting. He isn't quite like Venom or GG, but I usually rank him with Sandman, and he was very good in Spidey 3. So...the verdict is still up, but he could be done very well.

I really think Electro needs to be in Spidey 4. After the amazing visuals of Sandman, the next film will need a villain with some serious "wow" factor.

There's always Hydro-man. But he's kinda lame and going from a villain made of sand to then a villain made of water is a bit samey too.

Electro and The Lizard. The perfect combo.

I think lightning and electricity have been done a great deal in films already. Nothing new and spectacular there.

The hardest type of animation(CG) at the moment is liquid, so hydro would be the biggest challenge, although people would automatically think he's too simlar to sandy

Mysterio could have endless effects

Yes but not in a Spiderman movie. Given a proper story Electro would be great. They would need to use him in other unique ways that we have not seen. I am all for it after we see Lizard and Kraven.

At the same time, weren't people saying the same thing when they learned Sandman was going to be in Spider-Man 3? I mean, we had both The Mummy movies that featured extensive "sand-oriented" action and special effects. Nevertheless, in the end they managed to stay original and they were creative enough to make Sandman seem unique, in a way... Of course, I am not saying Electro would necessarily be original, I'm just trying to keep an open mind.

Almost any character that is considered lame could be tweaked to being totally awesome. Think of Aqua-Man before and after the Justice Leauge show. I used to think he was a *****e but now I am afraid to even goto Atlantis.

That look, and the story from the MTV Spider-Man would be the best for the movie, that is why I don't think we'll see Electro.

Rather have Ultimate Electro than anything else. Plus, there are plenty of bald actors who could play him.

Yeah, Storm and Dr Doom. But that's small scale. Imagine Electro standing on the street at night, with electricity absolutely everywhere, lighting up the entire city.
