sandwraith said:Will give it a shot. Is it true that the game has some Mid-East influences? Dalmasca sounds very much like Damascus to me
sandwraith said:I'm cool with that. Alright, time to make some money. Any other games I should look out for? I have a habit of buying two games at once. Pls don't say MK:A.

sandwraith said:hrmm...senseless violence or mindless action......Ratchet and Clank it is then, being eyeing that game for a long long while
CrypticOne said:This game is amazing. I bought it yesterday, and the characters are great as are the cinematics. Vaan reminds me of Tidus though, I don't know why. The story is great so far.
Substance D said:vaan's voice is so much better than tidus's. i'm glad they went with a real teenager this time, and not some 30 yr old pretending to be one.
yeah, the cinematics are sharp. fast paced and well directed. the world is so huge too. it feels real and alive.
the villians are badass. there's even a boba fett type character. he has a buzzsaw staff, it's awesome.

War Party said:Come on. Billy West doing Tidus' voice was a nice surprise. I liked it.

Substance D said:Is that sarcasm?![]()
War Party said:I love Billy West and his work on Futurama was excellent, but yes. That was sarcasm.
Substance D said:Okay, lol. Wasn't sure, 'cause the guy did do voicework on Futurama... Bender played Wakka though and he did a great job.
VaderRISE said:Really need to pick this up on Friday. I think the main character looks like a total dweeb though, hate his look. I think they should start making main characters look like FFIV's Cecil.
He was awesome.
Substance D said:He's not really the main character.
Zenien said:Isn't sort of like FFVI where it's not truely one characters story? THey're all a part of the bigger story, sort of thing.
My EB blows so I won't be getting my copy until tommorow.
I use Basch, Ashe and Fran though. I think this is the only Final Fantasy that actually encourages you to stick with the same three party members throughout the entire game...
