No, I mean "go away" as in they get over it and return to normal, Atrocitus gets over it and takes their power source away, or someone decides they're too dangerous to exist and hunts them to extinction.

... great now I have this mental image of the Manhunter Robots infected with the emotion of rage... yipes.

But seriously, I doubt you can simply throw the rainbow brigade back into the bottle without doing some major rewriting...

You've lost your Larfleeze privileges. Btw, whereabout in Illinois do you hail from?

I'm stuck here in DeKalb ( know for barbed wire, Cindy Crawford, and corn production; yeh its that sweet) at Northern Illinois University. I grew up in Carol Stream though.

GL#48 was outstanding. GL#49 had some nice artwork, and I liked seeing John finally being able to move on, after Xanshi. I really did not like the gruesome depictions of headshots. I didn't like seeing a dead soldier's body burning in a wrecked helo. I expect to see scenes like this when I'm reading something like Unknown Soldier, but it's really out of place in this title. You can still do this kind of violence if you use a little discretion. But here, they just had to show someone's face exploding, and someone's brains being blown out. This seems to me like fake "edge" being forced into a book to appeal to that dungeon-dweller fanboy mentality that wants to see things like the Hulk as a rapist, or Ant-Man as a wifebeater. I know I shouldn't be surprised, based on the author's previous work, but I have been enjoying this title, and I just don't think that it needs to do stuff like this to make sales.

I found this picture and it's pretty amusing. Thought i'd share:

Ha, I wouldn't be surprised if that turned out to be true. It does explain a lot of the disparities between Parallax's presentation before and after Rebirth. Although, given that Hal's basically the only one who's actually managed to recreate the universe, he's already the greatest criminal mastermind.

If that ends up being true, I would grudgingly take back a lot of the crap I said about Johns beyond idiotically stupid recton of Parallax.

Green Lantern #50 sneak peak. #50 will follow where BN#6 left off:

*Insert random whine how BN GN isn't made like SCW GN* :p

Hooray for lieutenants, I guess. The whole thing still feels a bit off to me, although Ray does look cool.

Yes, and I see you going for that paragraph in the corner there. Don't touch it, it's mine! :argh:

Yeah it's pretty strong. Not as strong as GLC, but still good. Green Lantern's purpose seems to be giving background to all the GL events, while Green Lantern Corps tells more independent stories.

Which is why GLC is better, it is not dependent on another book to have great Quality.

Yeah somtimes i will just capitalize words cause i think they deserve it. Not sure why.

I don't particularly like that chicks face. She has a Sarah Jessica Parker look to her. Like, in 10 years she's gonna go from okay looking to her face looking like somebodies foot.
