So, wait, Banner's actually in control of the Hulk now? I thought it was Green Scar, but that preview makes it seem more like another merged version with Banner's intelligence and the green Hulk's body.

Well...now that I thought about it...Skaar was told how Hulk saved all of Planet Sakar, so if saving a planet isn't enough to persuade Hulk-Son...

To be fair, that was second hand info and he was still angry at being abandoned.

Or to put it another way, imagine if someone told Green Scar that the Illuminati wasn't responsible (during Planet Hulk) -- he wouldn't listen at all to that type of talk -- he'd still be furious and convinced he was right.

Besides, the end result was that in Skaar's eyes, Green Scar failed -- the planet wasn't saved -- which resulted in his difficult birth/early months.

It's one thing to hear something second hand, it's another to see it in person and having to reconcile that with what you believe.

Hhhhhnn...I don't WANT a Banner Hulk! Green Scar has an attitude and personality Banner as Hulk can't come close to replicating. While I like my Hulk not-dumb, and Professor Hulk is still one of my favorites, World Breaker Hulk is where its at.

I'm hoping Green Scar gave Banner the keys to the car just for this fight. Crying shame if Green Scar's gone already. But...no Dumb Hulk, so I should just shut up and be happy.

No, it was Banner but it wasn't Banner's mind in the Hulk's body. He was the Green Scar. The preview of Hulk makes it look like that Hulk could be more Banner-controlled.

Yay, more Jen. Meh, more Lyra. I don't particularly dislike the latter, but never really got much from her for the Incredible Hulk back-ups she was in when I was reading that title. Kind of weak that it's not a known comic writer, and someone dripping from TV, but you never know, they can surprise sometimes, plus the art is fairly solid. I'll be giving it a go, but am somewhat bittersweet that Jen has to share this title, but maybe Wilcox can improve on Lyra.

Boobs and butts aren't why female characters aren't taken seriously; female characters aren't taken seriously because the vast majority of the comic reading community doesn't care for female characters in the slightest outside minor supporting cast and love interest, and would probably rather drop comics altogether than ever read a book with a female lead(s).
