I'm still saying it should be Ashely Greene

I prefer her over Stroup. Greene looks like a grown woman, but still have youthful qualities to her. She also has curves, while Stroup looks like a 13-yr old boy in the body department. Plus Greene just has a lot of personality quirks that would be perfect for Lois.

I said she does have those quirks, too!

Greene is my first choice. She's hot and looks like she'd make a different, yet faithful and up to date version of Lois. She'd look great with Cavill or Hammer.

...TOTALLY a 13 y/o boy's body. btw, i have nothing against Greene personally, but if we're gonna hit up on the body types of the casting choices here then Ashley's got wide shoulders and a not so hour-glass shape to her figure. haven't seen her act, so i can't comment on her acting.

I don't get Ashley Greene love at all. I mean she hot, but Lois is more than eye candy. Is their anthing besides the Twilight saga I can watch her in? Because the actors don't seem to have much to work with in those films. It would be like only watching 10 Things I Hate About You and A Knght's Tale before TDK, and then saying Heath Ledger is a bad choice for The Joker.

I cant stand that Michael Jackson nose of hers, otherwise she's very good.

Unfortunately so. Somehow they think that looking like that is hot, when in reality every real man hates that body build and prefers Christina Hendricks' (and i dont mean the boobs, but the general volumptuousness).

To be honest Stroup's weight has varied through time. She's gone from fairly normal to almost anorexic and back. So when she eats a few burgers she's fine.

she's been too skinny in the past, but if you google "Jessica Stroup 2010" and look up the images it shows that she's been pretty consistent this year, and while she maintains her thin frame...she's meatier than before when she was borderline anorexic.

Shenae Grimes...never heard of her and never seen her.

well...Stroup is my preference, Hathaway is probably the strongest actress talent-wise, don't really care for Moynahan but i wouldnt cry if she's cast, haven't seen Green act, i think Cuthbert is cute but wrong for Lois....and i actually like Sossamon though i doubt she'll end up with the role.

Of all of them Rena Sofer would have been the best choice , but that would have been in the 90's and maybe the early 2000's. She's too old now unfortunately like alot of the good Lois Lane choices such as Courtney Cox, Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Connelly, and Parker Posey( ironically enough).

I thought that, but I also thought they could go the route of having a late 20s to mid 30s superman crushing on a later 30s Wonder Woman. Or possibly do a more mature film with a Kingdom Come tone.

It seems intersting to have Clark chase after an older more established (Journalist/Reporter) but she give him the cold shoulder because he is too green and new to the game. But then when he is Superman embodies the "ideal man" that she has always been looking for, just in a slightly younger man.
