That's cruel and unusual punishment. They don't put a single white supremacist in a prison full of black or latino supremacists, no more than they'd put a solitary black dude in the middle of a mainly white-power prison. They often keep members of even the same gang together, but then of course they have to screen items they pass between each other for weird secret messages and stuff.
