Right can someone help me out on the story?

Revolver Ocelet (who USED to work for/be a Patriot) has been hypnotised to be Liquid to fool the Patriot AI. The Patriot AI's are bad because they want total control over us all and "Liquid" wants that control for himself.

However Big Boss, Naomi and the real Revolver have tricked Snake into taking down "Liquids" stolen AI, corrupting the Patriots as well, making EVERYBODY free.

1. Doesn't this mean that Big Boss was always a good guy?
2. Revolver had himself hypnotised just to have the Patriots unwittingly help him destroy them?
3. Why/how could they really build Outer Haven? Surely there'd be an easier way to fool the Patriot AI's and Snake.
4. Snake has been played AGAIN?

1. "good" is subjective. I guess one could say he did horrible things with good intentions.

2. Yes, Ocelot had to make everyone including the Patriots believe he had become Liquid

3. Thats more of the Liquid personality's doing. He always wanted to be like BB and 1 of his goals in MGS1 was to recreate Outer Heaven. He finally did that with Outer Haven

Snake [Even Big Boss in MGS3] is deceived in every game in the series. Like a true soldier or marine serving their government/higher-ups, "First to go, last to know." I think the only exception would be MGS2 where he's regarded more as a myth behind the scenes with Raiden being the one primarily deceived.

But then I thought Solid Snake killed him for defecting to Big Boss in MG2? Could the "Dr. Madnar" referred to in MGS4 actually be his daughter, Ellen?[/blackout]

Holy ****. I took a break from MGS4 for a week, and just now attempted the Bike Chase on my Big Boss Emblem playthrough again.

Beat it on my second try .

Total Time (as of the end of Act 3): 2:20:XX.

Nope, you can't. You aren't allowed to use any 'special' items. (Stealth Suit and Bandana). After all, using Stealth removes the challenge.

Dude, if I can do it, you can do it.

For some reason, the militia hated me during Act 2. So I had to sneak past them AND the PMC soldiers. Not fun. Make sure they like you .

I have a question.

I used up my Solar Gun during Act 3 in order to survive the Bike Chase. Does the gun automatically recharge after each act?

If not, I'm ****ed for the Vamp fight.

It does dude, don't worry. Vamp's so easy with a fully charged Solar Gun. Also, silenced sniper rifle for Wolf dude... can't remember the name of it though...

I did use the SA militia uniform, simply because it was the only way to get past the militiamen without instigating an alert (despite the fact I saved their asses at the very beginning of the act). The problem with the uniform is it's not as effective as octocamo when it comes to camouflage in all areas.

Oh well. It's over and done with. Onto Act 4 .

I'm not aware of any rifles that come with a silencer....unless I'm just not thinking.
