Act III you don't need to sneak.

Act II and I you'll at least have one side of the war on your side instead none.

I'm not aware of any rifles that come with a silencer....unless I'm just not thinking.

For some reason, the militia hated me during Act 2. So I had to sneak past them AND the PMC soldiers. Not fun. Make sure they like you .

Use the militia disguise!

finished act 3 and some of act 4.

game has been terrific so far, though i wish the game were longer. it seems like it's going by pretty quickly.

anyway, playing with the young snake face camo is so awesome, especially when you're back at shadow moses. brings back memories.

Yea, the game isnt incredibly long. I beat it in 19 hours on my first play through. Once i hit Act 3, everything seemed to just fly by tho, i couldnt put the controller down.

Following the resistance felt long the first time, but the second time it was so short.

And to get the rebel disguise in Act 2, kill or knock out the PMC troops before they kill the rebel soldiers down below from where you start out the act. Any surviving rebel members will open the door to the little hut in the lower right corner near where you start out.

Inside is the disguise and some nice weapons.

Yea, but the nano-machines had ALOT to do with, well, everything.

not everything was blamed on the nanomachines. they could've said that Ocelot acting like Liquid was a result of the nanomachines, but they actually came up with a viable reason.

i playing the game over again, with no kills and no alerts so that I can get that bandana and the stealth camo.

one question though, is it possible to load a pervious saved game, if i initiated an alert or accidently killed somebody, without actually exiting a game.

Can i like kill myself and start from the checkpoint, before i kill or set the alert?

i'm trying to get the Octopus statue. I got to where the Octopus turns to the Beauty, but i can't find the statue.. I checked a youtube video of somebody else finding the staute, i go to that same place, NO STATUE. now, do i shoot the octopus with my tranquilizer as well????????????????

ya i'm sure.

oh, also, if i kill a Gecko or any machines in the later stages, does that count as a kill. I played through Stage 2 and daaaaaaammmmmnnnn ittt... i got 6 kills somehow, and I don't know where or when, and i really don't feel like playing Stage 2 again

Suck it up and do what you have to do, lol.


You have to exit then load I believe. Every time you see a location pop up in the lower left corner is where you'll start the save. Statue should be on the bed in the room in the upper left corner I think, not sure.

There's GameFaqs for questions like that.

I trying to achieve the stealh camo (no alerts and no kills), now what happens if i accidently kill somebody or get the alert, do i exit the game and start the game over from my last save or can i kill myself and revert back to the checkpoint?
