Why is there a pole on the top of Zod's head in the one pic. Also Cavil seems to be looking up at it. Does that mean Zod is 12 feet high?

Or maybe he's suppose to be hovering in that scene and that's the marker that he has to look at? I don't know. Probably a monster or some weird thing lol

Faoras cape seems wravaged so maybe just maybe Superman defeats Zod Faora escaps and frees the brainaick tech to destroy Superman

I hope (and think) this version of Zod wont utter "kneel" or think like that. He'll probably be a little more complex a character and hopefully more physical.

But I think it's safe to assume the "kneel" wont be included. Purely speculation though.

Probably not, but I don't think it's simplistic as you suggest. Not if done right. The statement would have to be said in the heat of battle when Zod appears to have the upper hand. It's said almost out of frustration, with a lot of anger. And definitely not with "before Zod" part. If done in an almost psychotic rage it shows the true maniacal, demented, full of hatred side of Zod.

Doomsday's hardly a great character to begin with, so I really don't mind the changes they made to him on Smallville.

If he hasn't been spotted yet, then why are all these scenes being filmed without him, and if he has, was he wearing a suit or a motion-capture suit? If he is indeed wearing a motion capture suit, then there we probably wont be seeing an official picture of what Zod is going to look like for a long time.

I guess so, unless the final showdown is between Zod and Superman after Superman deals with Faora and Non or whatever else maybe thrown at him. I am really curious as to what they are planning. Whatever it is it looks action packed.

No, there was a guy who looked like Crowe in a mo-cap suit, but it almost definitely wasn't him because that dude had very short hair and Crowe appeared in Plano a week ago with longer hair. I guess he could have been wearing a wig, but I doubt it.

I don't think the 12-foot guy is Non, or at least, I don't think they'll call him Non. I know Faora is pretty much Ursa, but they didn't actually call her Ursa, so I doubt they would use the name of Zod's other crony in Superman II. I'm still thinking it's Doomsday. Even if they don't actually refer to him by name (Doomsday wasn't really the creature's name anyway) I'm thinking he'll resemble him and have a similar origin, being created on Krypton and such.

Right. We've seen a photo of Shannon and other (unknown) guys in mo cap suits on the Kent farm, while we've mostly seen Faora and the larger mocap guy in the Smallville streets fighting Superman. Then we saw Superman at the Kent farm. It looks like he deals with them separately.
