If there making a 4th and likely will have a story in mind should i even try to finish my script called. Pirates Of The Caribbean: Quest For Immortality.
My script will have poseiden in it or neptune the dude thats a bif merman with a big triton. I am gonna have him sleeping in thousand year skents and he is about to wake up. All the pirates know he could cause devastation if he awakens. The triton was hidden in davy jones lockers back when Calypso and Jones betrayed him.
When Poseiden rises he will create a sunami wave just as the the pirates and eitc are fighting and jack with a new allie in Captain Cutlass are fighting Jones and Will not sure where yet but it will be wear you can see the gigantic wave coming in the back drop.
What you guys think should i finish it.

Sounds like an amped up version of the last battle from AWE. The thing is, after Calypso, how many more gods and or goddesses do we need? I thought they both did the same thing in that some characteristics of Poseidon were borrowed in creating the POTC version of Calypso.

But seriously, t:, I really want a POTC 4 because I want to see Jack and Barbossa race to find the Fountain of Youth. Was it me or did that just seem like a wide open door for the next one. It's not like those endings where your like, Oh yeah they can go in this direction. It just seemed like a total set-up for a future adventure that would happen relatively soon. I mean, for an end to a trilogy, they really left it wide open I thought.

No, Beckett was annoying. lol. The one I want to come back is Norrington, he was awesome. I hated what they did to him in AWE though, that was probably my most major gripe with the film.

Plots:

POTC: Gathering Storm-The beginnings of piracy with nothing but good old pirating fun. This is pre Brethren Court. The main character would be Captain Teague, on a quest to find a path to immortality. Near the end, the sea goddess Calypso begins destroying ships and ports all over the seven seas.

POTC: Funeral of Hearts-The Brethren Court is formed, and together they conspire to imprison Calypso. Subplots include Davy Jones, and his relationship/obsession with the sea goddess, including how they met. The finale is the binding of Calypso, and Davy turning all tentacley.

POTC: Help Me Find A Title-Teague passes his Piece of Eight down to some random pirate near Madagascar. Jack Sparrow, employee of the EITC frees the shipload of slaves. The main plot focuses on Jack's bargain with Davy Jones and winning the Piece of Eight from the new Madagascar Pirate Lord. In the end, he elects to "lord" over the Caribbean. Barbossa's reason for leaving the Caspian to crew Jack's ship is also explained.

Interesting, but would they actually have the guts to do two films before showing Jack Sparrow? Considering he is the big draw to these films I'm sure they would want to tie him up into any other films made, whether prequel or sequel.

I just thought the way they killed him was very lackluster. I would have rather he lived, but if they are going to kill him off let him go out with a bang. I just thought they would have used his character a bit more.

Yep and well in the second one he is kind of a pirate working on their ship and taking orders from them.

Yeah, I have to say, he was awesome in part 2. Down in the dumps, not giving a crap about anything...they should have kept on with that in part 3.

Yep did love his part in the Pirate bar when everyone was fighting him and then Liz banged the rum on his head lol him and Liz had some good moments in that film.

The Kraken, the Kraken was so freakin' awesome. I missed the Kraken in AWE. It would have been great for him to come out of the whirlpool! lol. And yes, the music in that scene was awesome.

Poor Beastie made me sad the way it was killed off, laying there all gross and sick and sad lol
Would have been cool if Beckket ship was destroyed by the Kraken as well, The Kraken music is great as well in DMC.

My feeling is Posedin or Neptune would emulate the king of all water gods. My idea in my story is to make it Calypso betrayed him and had Jones and hide his triton. Without it Posedin sleeps until his triton is brought back into teh mortal world. Posedins awakening is bad news for Calypso. For she in this plans to punish all pirates and is vengeful and won't release will form his dept as he assumed.
