Poor Beastie made me sad the way it was killed off, laying there all gross and sick and sad lol
Would have been cool if Beckket ship was destroyed by the Kraken as well, The Kraken music is great as well in DMC.

And I am off now so tired hehe, night all watch out for the terrible Beastie! lol.

No, Beckett was annoying. lol. The one I want to come back is Norrington, he was awesome. I hated what they did to him in AWE though, that was probably my most major gripe with the film.

Aw, he's not annoying, what has the world got against him? lol
I didn't want Norrington to die, he should have joined the pirates, that would have been good.
It annoys me in possibly the last of the films, they have to kill off loads of good characters

Ladies in this type of pirate world creatures like the krakan and pirates can be resurrected if only done correctly. Beckett can be back ib flash backs but we need to make way for a a new eitc baddie for you can always find one.
The bigger loss in Norrington. He's such a good character i think if he is not seen he should be mentioned by elizabeth should kiera return in 4.

Yeah, he should be mentioned by someone, and I think they would at least mention Beckett aswell. But I don't think Keira or Orlando is doing a fourth, because they want to get on with other things, and their story has sort of come to an end...

I can work around this with new characters. You can have Barbossa like he was in the first movie and leave Will and Elizabeth out or write a treuly great script an dpart that may intise them. I will write my mock script planning for Orlando and Kiera it may be fun adding new characters.

Ok, I get that, but seriously, the way they killed him off was extremely lackluster. I would have rather him go out with a bang than a whimper like he did in AWE.

Interesting, but would they actually have the guts to do two films before showing Jack Sparrow? Considering he is the big draw to these films I'm sure they would want to tie him up into any other films made, whether prequel or sequel.

Probably not, though Keith Richards as Captain Teague being the main character for the first two would draw a crowd. Sadly, since they had a hard time getting him for the cameo due to other affairs in his life, it would be tough to get him for all 3.

Finally saw it today, overall it was pretty good and I think I liked it much more then the second one. Like a few of you though, I hated that they killed of Norrington, he was the best thing in the second movie and I was hoping they'd play him up a bit more in this one.

I agree and i promise in my fan script no new character will die so easily if a new pirate allie dies at all. Killing Norrington so easily bugs me when he was so piraty in DMC
