House of M looks...meh. What's up with the art in that third page? I can barely tell who's doing who to what. And the whole "I shall tell my opponent my exact offensive strategy in precise detail as I prepare to take them down!" thing is a bit...weak.

I wouldn't be pondering too much about Polaris' origin; Austen's recent [re]confirmation of her as Magneto's daughter pretty infamously went against a lot of preestablished canon and was generally derided by the masses. I suspect the only reason that it's still so fuzzy is because no one's had the time to actually examine it. Well, Milligan has, but honestly...the less said about Milligan's X-Men issues these last few months, the better.

You know, after seeing Ottley's art on Invincible for so long, it's really weird to see Walker drawing him again. Someone really ought to change the title credits so that Medina's not stealing Walker's thunder, too. Good preview, though. Glad to see Doc Ock not looking like a Matrix reject again.

Yeah, that's funny I was thinking the same thing, oddly enough I actually prefer Ottley's Invincible, which is ironic, because when I heard Walker was leaving I was afraid the title would lose something.
