I like how they tapped different artists to do each Young Avenger's backstory.

MTU #16 looks INCREDIBLE! Love that "old school flava" of these characters being united in desperate combat; something most modern Marvel writers are too "big" to do. Kirkman's got a great style and I'm looking more foward to this than most of the other Marvel "events" really. Can't wait to read this, just as it should be.euroq said:Marvel Team-Up #16

Colossal Spoons said:Wait, how the heck did Juggy not get hurt when that double decker bus hit him? Since he lost the gem, he should just be a stronger-than-the-average-guy hero, nowhere near strong enough to shrug off a hit like that.
Colossal Spoons said:Are you joking? When did that happen?
If that's true, then that makes Colossus the strongest mutant there is!

TheSumOfGod said:Juggy's origin has been ret-conned. Now he's a super-powerful mutant whose powers were only enhanced by the gem.
What? What in the world are you talking about? When was this?? Last I saw Juggernaut's origin (in Austen's run) he was still very much not a mutant.TheSumOfGod said:Juggy's origin has been ret-conned. Now he's a super-powerful mutant whose powers were only enhanced by the gem.
