I think A means "All ages". Marvel usually does MAX for adult. (see here)

All new title means the book has an all new title since this book was never titled Sensational Spider-Man. Also, wasn't Sensational only a UK title before?

The first 22 issues of MK:SM were bad (except those written by PAD or JMS), I don't know much about this Aguirre-Sacasa guy but I'm willing to try this.

um actually first full story arch rocked... and thats how the book stayed afloat... we had a kickass norman, felicia, as well as electro.. not to mention a kick ass new vulture costume

I've never read his "4" series,... but I loved his "Nightcrawler" series that was canceled before it's time.
