I watched that show the other day. And I was blown away how she acted like Rogue. W...T...F... why didn't she have this type of personality in the films? I mean she even has a thick southern accent in the show. Sigh..

Anna Paquin won the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Television Series, TV Movie, Miniseries tonight! Good for her!

I love Anna and I love what she did with the character of Rogue, she portraits Rogue's traumatic side very well!

Probably. The Season 1 DVD release date may be subject to change, but it will, in all likelihood, coincide with the premiere of the second season.

That's when most primetime and other similiar shows finish their yearly runs. HBO, however, doesn't keep such a consistent schedule. For instance, Flight of the Conchords' (another HBO program) first season debuted in June 2007. Its second season premieres January 18, 2009.

Maybe its a short season.

The first season is only 12 or so episodes, so it's doubtful that it's shorter. At least, I hope it isn't.
