The Amazing Spider-Man The Official Spider-Man franchise leading into Spider-Man 4 thread

Wait, what?! It's not Grand Theft Spidey. That's like saying Batman should take the bus if he has to. He has his own ride! Spidey is his own transportation. He can go faster than a car when he needs to, and go places a car can't. Your post had some good ideas, bro, this one just made me go all WTF, etc.

Look at it this way:

You have a mission where a vehicle is armed with a bomb, which means you have a moving target, the idea would be for the player to have multiple choices in methods of disarming or eleminating the bomb.

Im not saying that they should base all the gameplay on driving, just that it would be a neat element... its not like Peter Parker can't drive.

Along with that, they could even add to the vehicle mechanic, the ability to web and actually trap a vehicle, lift it or even pull it above ground using a web. Gives a whole new dynamic to the game where you could just mess around and drive on roof tops.

This seems like more of a mechanic having to do with the game's web design. Perhaps that should be something to add too. The concept of creating free forming webstructures where you plan out something made out of webbing, see if you have enough webbing to do so and then building what you want out of it. It would be an interesting game play mechanic. Where webbing contantly regenerates but at a slower rate. so that your not just always shooting it.

You could have someone falling from a building or plane of sorts. You go into your web building mode and the game's time becomes drastically slower as your screen becomes a menu where you can using your webbing to build lines, beams, web snares etc. (more provided to you as you get game experience) and then you build a structure you feel may save the person. You execute your command and the scene goes into a cineractive sequence where spidey jumps around creating this structure based on a button sequence. The time returns to regular speed as you finish and the person is saved.

The small the structure the less time it takes, the more elaborate the more time.
