I didn't care by the time he died. Bendis truly did destroy what was originally an amazing creation of Paul Jenkins.

And add me to the list of people who wish to see a gruesome horrible and embaressing death of Emma Frost. Bring back Jean.

Apparently I missed the memo that said that Jean and Emma can no longer exist in the comics at the same time, because I swear every other person who wants Jean back seems to think it'd automatically cause Emma's painful death.

Haha, thats what happened in the cartoon

I want her dead because I just genuinely can't stand the character... and I just want Jean back because I genuinely love the character. One doesn't necessarilly have to happen to effect the other. Jean coming back and Emma dying would just be best case scenerio... and she can bring Nightcrawler and Banshee back with her.

I haven't watched the cartoon, but I'm going to assume the animated version of Jean didn't use her wacky Phoenix powers to push Scott & Emma together, then yell at her own Dark persona about how Scott should be with Emma now.

The best scenario is obviously to kill all the X-Men characters and never bring them back

Yes, but then you'd have killed the best characters in the entire Marvel Universe and then where would we be ?

We'd still have Thor, Steve Rogers, Luke, Iron Fist, and the Daughters of the Dragon. But then Bendis would still be writing half of those characters...

Without the worst characters in the Marvel Universe

And Fraction the other half. :csad:

Is there any news that Marvel plans to archive their library for access digital access, say for example, the entire of Iron Man v.1?

It's not really a list so much as a small collection of weirdos. :o

They did it for awhile on DVD's then they stopped. Now they got the online comics, though I don't think they got entire volumes or even runs by creative teams.

Well, Iron Fist is cool and all but who needs them other guys?

Well yeah okay, I'll give you Emma Frost and Namor.... but besides them... the best characters in the Marvel Universe.

Hey, X-Men began their downhill spiral after Jean died and Emma hooked up with Cyclops.... I'm just speaking from panel experience here.

You forgot about Gambit, Rogue, Wolverine.....you know what? It's best to just name the people that don't suck. Beast, Nightcrawler, Maddrox, and......that's about it.

Don't make me stick Hercules's thumb up that puckered posterior of yours!!!

You know what? Put on a wig and some hooker boots and I just might let you. :o

Watch out. Anubis will emulate his hero, Herc.

Nah, they gave the Phoenix force to those damn cuckoos. Just as they brought Jean back, they promptly killed Emma off, thus ending the plotline of her erowing closer to Scott. Her diamond form shattered and thankfully Jean didnt put her back togther

Sounds like a fantastic plot! We should see that in print sometime soon :)

I don't really know where to post this, but is anyone else sick and tired of Brian Bendis' Avengers? I love the Avengers, but I just cannot bring myself to read his dumbed down, MTV generation, recycled dialogue spitting Avengers book.

A lot of people here are, yeah. Bendis has some fans around these parts still, but for the most part, the bashing comes like a river in the rain. Just goes to show how disconnected the internet crowd is from the majority of buyers

I see, thanks. I just can't understand how anyone can enjoy that book, especially if they have read prior runs like Busieks.

I just read a positive review of an X-Factor issue over at CBR, and the reviewer mentioned how the book is kinda low-selling, but I thought it was doing pretty well. Haven't people liked it since it took the whole PI angle?

I'm thinking about checking this book out...are there trades available?

X-Factor is probably my favorite X-book right now. It used to sell pretty well, but its sales have been slowly dipping for the past year or so. It's now one of Marvel's poorest selling mainline ongoings.

The trades are...
Madrox: Multiple Choice
X-Factor: The Longest Night
X-Factor: Life and Death Matters
X-Factor: Many Lives of Madrox
X-Factor: Heart of Ice
X-Men: Messiah Complex
X-Factor: The Only Game in Town
X-Factor: Secret Invasion
X-Factor: Time and a Half
X-Factor: Overtime
X-Factor: The Invisible Woman Has Vanished
X-Factor: Second Coming
