Hmm... I'm a cynical b*****d... I don't dig the suit that much. I still don't like the carvings on his plates and now I really don't like them because - as I suspected - they light up. Hope he doesn't look like a freaking christmas tree on big screen with all those lights. And the suit is pretty boring, almost all black.

I would have preferred something more down to earth type of clothing. More closer to the original costume and maybe try something other then biker boots on his feet. there's my two cents on this.

Hmm that looks a bit like a Thor fancy dress costume with that helmet. Maybe his classic helmet would look better without those wing bits near the side of his face. I don't like the shape of the helmet wings either. I prefer the classic shape.

if they stripped away the cape and the chainmail this would be a close interpretation of the Ultimates costume. It also makes me wonder how advanced will Asgard look.

Can someone who did a design with the helmet, do a revised manip of Thor with the same clothing on his torso continued on down his body and draping between his legs. Similar to a loin cloth or what you would find on Thor in the comic images where he is wearing chain mail armor on his legs. I think Thor's overall look is fine, it is just that his top area feels very seperated from his bottom half, and I think that if his clothing was draping down with some of the same details from the top half of the character on the bottom half, that it would help to unify his appearance. Thank you for your consideration.

well it looks like they are trying to do copiol top with a mixture of classic(modified) bottom half of the look.

Just for fun I thought I'd do a collage of manipped merchandising I'd like to see in a showbag - novelization, badges(buttons), poster, action figure, DVD, and 2 sleeveless t-shirts...
