all we know for now is some group that blonsky worked for called the enclave, then we have the army and the U-Foes.

the u-foes are 4 people who tried to become the next fantastic4 but failed.

Oh yeah, I forgot Bi-beast was in the game. I'd say we'd fight him once or twice.

Do we know how the Online Multi-player works? If we can each play Hulks, or do we have to play the Military pawn guys?

I liked the U-foes, I'm hoping they'll make a comeback in a Hulk comic sometime in the future, they made pretty good enemies for him. I personally hope as a side story in the game you get to fight red hulk as the green Hulk, those two duking it out should be fun.

I remember hearing that the Transformers game was supposed to have a Create-your-own- Transformers option, and Xbox live free roam. The finished game had neither. After spending near $80 getting the special edition of that game (which was quite boring and unfair in parts), you can probobly understand why I want to know what we are getting as far as online game play and options.
